About a month ago I was coming here and they had the best apple fritters I’ve had in a long time super crispy on the edges with a good amount of apple mixed in. I’m not sure if they changed bakers or recipes but now they’re fluffy and not crispy with no apples. PLEASE change it back.

It is a typical Yum Yum Donuts establishment, which is open the whole day. I have been to this establishment, several times, usually to purchase donuts, or have my lunches inside. I would, usually, sit down, and enjoy a meal. During my visits, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The meals, both, donuts and sandwiches, were well-made. At the same time, they were delicious. The staff members, also, were helpful, and courteous. The place inside, too, was neat. The prices were fair, and not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in the area of Covina/West Covina, and enjoy donuts, I would definitely recommend a visit to this establishment. The prices, themselves, are worth the visit.

The little short man told me it’s going to take 4 hours to make glaze donuts. If it’s New Year’s Eve 6pm it’s a holiday so you know you’re going to need to make abundance

I have been at this establishment, several times, at the beginning of the year 2024. I would visit this donut shop, to have my breakfast, before heading to work. Or, I would have lunch, during my lunch break. This donut shop was open 24/7, so I could come in, at any time of the day, and have my meal. The staff, too, were helpful, and attentive. The prices, for meals, were not on the expensive side. I cannot forget to mention, that there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The tables, too, were neat. So, if anyone enjoys donuts, I would recommend a visit to this establishment.

They alway have the donuts that I want and I have never encountered a transaction with the horrible owner the other reviewers are speaking about. However, I usually go at some odd early morning time such as 1 am and I always encounter great service from a gentleman.

Family decides to walk to get donuts last night. Night lady needs a lot of customer service training. Super slow, doesn’t greet customers, doesn’t get the order right. We had to repeat ourself several times. We as customers had a lot of patience but last night, it was ridiculous. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get donuts. Food was good but service was very bad.

I actually come here for their Chicken and Asada tortas. I love those, but the donuts are great too. Specially glaze, which are my favorites. Most of the people that come here, park, pick up and go. Just a few would eat here, so there is usually a spot or free table. Attention is good and place is always clean.

The owner really needs to learn that customer service is key to a business ! She is by far rude and almost always intentionally puts coffee grains in your coffee if she doesn’t like you. if she doesn’t want customers coming back then I can’t understand why she went into buying a Business !
