I been coming here for a long time and never had a problem today I ordered wings all flats and a small pizza when I good the pizza it was fine but the wings had hair in it and they charged me for all flats and I didn’t get them I called and asked nicely can I have a refund for my wings because it had 3 hairs in it and the man told me they wear hair nets witch they don’t and told me I must have put it in there I will never come back again they used to be good but now I’m turned off

Ubereats displays false deception and false advertising that the “store staff would deliver our order.” We placed the order 12:47p est. When we called the store they stated that are waiting for a Uber driver and to contact Uber about it.
Bad enough, we was waiting 2 hours for our food and it was a hassle to cancel this order. When we asked” what are options? ” The store staff stated that he would make the order again and also he stated he need my card number over the phone. The money was already on hold. So that’s impossible at the moment.
When I attempt to place the order over the phone they decided to pick up and hang up. That’s unacceptable and bad customer service. Won’t be ordering for them any longer.
Luckily we was able to get our funds back. Moral of the don’t waste your time. I wouldn’t recommend going through third party apps either. At all. Do better with y’all systems.

I went to order and was trying to add another item to my purchase the cashier was very nasty. I was asking him pricing of the item he began to respond real rude and tells me I can’t add another item on to my order and walked away. I asked for a refund he says he does not know how to do a refund because I used a card.Then asks me if I would like to add the other item to my order I told him no I asked can someone else who knew how to work the register come and assist him with my refund. My suggestion if you don’t like the job you work for or supposedly can’t understand English you should not work the front register.The employees name is Riyad

I wish I could give a 3.5. I placed an order and the driver days the store messed up, then the store says it was the driver’s fault. I hate placing an order, having to explain the issue or waiting for the driver to redeliver the missing or incorrect item. The manager Mr. Mohammed could have done better. It used to be owned by some good friends if mine. The Mansur’s. Next time I’ll just pick up from another location.. That’s what I get for being lazy and ordering out.

TRASH! TRASH! TRASH! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER DEALT WITH. I ordered a pizza using Uber eats I didn’t want delivery I wanted to pick it up, I called Pizza Boli’s to verify if it was ok if I picked it up before the delivery driver grabbed it. An employee told me Uber needs to call them and approve this, I contacted Uber support they told me they don’t do that. I called pizza Boli’s back and the employee said they do, I politely explained to him what Uber support told me, he ignored me and said they do it all the time. So I asked him” is my order ready,” I gave him my order number. He got mad and said he only goes by names then he said he didn’t see my order and hung up in my face.

Horrible customer service, subpar food. Old food is served whenever they see fit. Definitely would not recommend delivery. Unsafe location, dirty, and will try to steal money from your credit or debit card.

This pizza boils is the worst. They’re drivers try to force you to tip them, they shook my pizza and I order the same thing every time I order from them and they purposely messed up my order. The first issue I had with they’re driver was when he came to my door disrespectfully demanding a tip. I call the store back and asked them not to have him deliver our pizza any more, they agreed. The next time I order from them they messed up my order and the same driver shook my pizza. I called them and they didn’t even want to fix the problem. I will not be ordering from them anymore and I will be calling their corporate office. If you can, order from Alabama Ave their pizza taste better and their workers aren’t mean and nasty.

Just ordered from this Pizza Boli’s on Naylor Rd. Their service sucks!!!!!! Even tho its just food they don’t pay attention to you while you order, so your meal is definitely able to be wrong on any given moment. The manager was rude and nasty and wouldn’t let me order properly without cutting me off in the middle without me finishing. Then he hung up on me for stating he was so rude. I am in the field of customer service and never had a rude experience like that a day in my life. Then when trying to reorder, the young lady never listened and decided to just give me a plain meal and that’s not what I paid for. It would be best to remove their services from my memory because with them a customer can’t be right…even when their wrong!!!!!!
