Great selection of water ice BUT only one sugar free option. Very pricy. No place to sit and eat your treat. Sign says indoor seating but it was closed and peeking in did not look like it was open much. No place to get out of the hot sun or just sit and enjoy.

The staff is always so sweet!!! They make great gelatis and cones. I’ve also seen some greedy customers asking for sample after sample and then asked for 3 mixed water ice quarts (example half cherry/half lemon) for all three quarts, a separate bag for each, tons of other stuff, etc etc and the girls there remained as sweet and cordial as ever. Honestly, I thought this one customer was going to ask the girls to carry their order to the car next!!! ♀️

Everytime I call to get the cream ice flavors no one ever answers . Change your site saying to call for the cream ices ! Still went to see what they had and when I said what I wanted both teenage girls just stared at me for a few seconds seeming like I asked for something that wasn’t on the menu . Cleary no training in greeting your customers and both of them seemed annoyed making my order . DO BETTER . Hire people that want to work .

My review will be biased. I really love water ice. Facts. The staff is friendly and helpful. The water ice is fresh and not frozen into a solid mass. Some flavors have little bits of fruit of the same type of the ice. My only complaint is that some of their best flavors are not always available. It does make it a little easier to mix it up a bit though.

Sweet workers and good ice cream, gotta appreciate that this ice cream shop allows for credit card transactions as the one down the street does not! My only complaint was that I asked for jimmies and I watched the girl take my ice cream to the drawer, pick up only a spoon full of Jimmie’s and pour it on. Lucky I didn’t call the cops because I was robbed of enjoying my ice cream!

Their water ice is as good as it usually is. No complaints there! The staff at this location are very helpful and kind. Never had an issue here! Great for some quick water ice to cool down during this late spring heat wave.

In 35 plus years that I have been eating Rita’s, I have to say it tastes as good as the first day I had it. The water ice man who came through the neighborhood on the golf cart with pretzels back in those hot summer days are long gone but Rita’s is still around with the same great taste.

Amazing water ice, and believe it or not, the best custard I have ever had. The inside is usually spotless and the staff has always been pleasant. I would highly recommend Rita’s to anyone, especially this location.

Great water ice! I love the variety of flavors. My favorite flavor is cotton candy and I always get ot with ice cream. The taste is amazing and the water ice is amazing on a hot day. The service is always great and nice.
