Square Beans has been my favorite coffee shop for a few years now! They use J Brooks coffee so it’s very delicious and the baristas are very accommodating with special requests. The atmosphere is my favorite: a cozy coffee shop with original wood floors and brick walls right in Collierville Square. It’s my favorite place to get my work done or chat with friends. It’s a wonderful place to be a regular at. If I had any suggestions, it would be that they bring back their homemade syrups, which made their drinks extra delicious.

Coffee is a little pricey, but what place isn’t these days.
However; the atmosphere is great. Its low light, it’s quiet, it’s cozy, and the store faces Collierville park and its a historic building with original wood floors and brick walls.
The dude that runs it is a straight up nice dude.

Peaceful, cozy atmosphere — perfect for getting work done or relaxing with a book. Great coffee, friendly staff, and not too noisy. A hidden gem!

A bit disappointed. Thr flavors used to be homemade and a lot more fun I like coming here to do bible study. But I can make this at home it’s that easy. Its bland coffee. I know it’s under new management but girls are on their phones and don’t necessarily seem to care much. The atmosphere used to be more inviting and family orientated.

While visiting the Memphis area stopped at a cool little coffee shop in Collierville called Square Beans. The medium roast coffee was good. Service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere was antique-ish. Really cool coffee shop.

A nice cute cafe by the town square. The coffee place has a retro vibe with a nice, laid back atmosphere. I got myself an iced mocha. The coffee was good- with perfect amount of sweetness and a right balance of bitterness to it. I loved it, and I mean it ( I’m very picky, actually). It was a summer weekend and the place was rightly packed. I am definitely going back with a book.

We wanted to visit this coffee shop since they were featured in some kind of local coffee shop tour card. I went on a Saturday morning and it was almost packed. There weren’t many breakfast options, but we ordered the Square Hollow and the Sweet Potato Chai to drink, and a quiche and an almond croissant to eat.
The service felt a little pushy—the barista seemed out of patience, and we ended up ordering everything in less than a minute. We asked for it “for here,” but everything was given to us to go. Both the coffee and the tea were extremely hot, and I really didn’t enjoy the Sweet Potato Chai; it was too sweet and had an artificial flavor. The food was okay, and the best thing by far was the almond croissant.
Overall, I don’t think I would come back to this coffee shop 🙁

I used to like going in here and the former owners had lots of good coffee flavors. I revisited and there was only one girl working and she seemed overwhelmed and annoyed. The white mocha didn’t taste anything like a white mocha and I had to add sugar. Love the quaint location but it’s a no for me going forward.

This is a cozy little place on the Square. It’s hard to see from the road, but it’s next to the boot store. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The place is clean and the coffee is good. If you order something fancy it will take a few minutes to prepare because there are only 2 people working in the afternoon.
