I was selling for a coffee and bagels so I stopped at this Dunkin’ donuts. Bagel was great but they spilled the the coffee down the side and didn’t realize that there was a hole in the cup. So my coffee ended up in my car holder instead of inside of me. That’s why I always go to the same Dunkin Donuts in Norristown

Bucks county dunkin harasses their customers. If i could give 0 stars i would . i was treated poorly even though i was a paying costumer. I didn’t know harassment was acceptable at this dunkin. I would’ve never went. Completely ruined my morning. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I hate to complain at all but morning shift was completely disrespectful towards me and family.

The food and coffee are fine. However this is the least friendly Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen in my travels between Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Dallas. Every DD I have been in, then owner has encouraged a friendly atmosphere among the customers.
However here, the staff doesn’t smile when they serve you, nor when they are going about their work. They create a very -get your stuff and get out atmosphere.
Not the type of place you can park and do your work if you’re a travelling business person.

The coffee and donuts are typical of what you expect from Dunkin Donuts. However I’ve had nothing but mediocre or less customer service experiences here. I’ve had drinks messed up. I’ve been overcharged. Definitely recommend going to a different Dunkin Donuts if there’s one on your route. Especially since this one doesn’t even have a drive-thru.
