What looks like a little Mexican place in the heart of Downtown LA is actually a decent sized family owned franchise. Their prices are expensive, as one would expect of a spot in their location, but their tacos are PACKED.
Looking forward to trying their other meats when I get a craving while at work.
Price might be high but the food is very good.

I enjoyed delicious and authentic Lengua and Carnitas tacos with a tasty green salsa here at Pinche Tacos in DTLA. Big portions and competitively priced. The server was friendly and greeted everyone with a warm hello. The decor is colorful with shout outs to local big league sports teams and Día De Los Muertos.

Their tacos are so delicious! I just wish I had more salsa with it. Other than that, they are amazing . I love how their tortillas are hecho a la mano (freshly made on the spot). Not gonna lie, im addicted to these tacos. I will be back for more .

I’m leaving a review because this is the realest Mexican food business I’ve been too. It’s just like being in Mexico . The staff are all professional, courteous and very polite. The food is impeccable! I started eating a to go tray at 9am and finished at 11am. The food is quality, fresh dishes that makes your body feel good when you eat it. Love this place. Had to leave a review. Just finished eating too Haha.

Very unassuming place from the outside but once we went in, it was warm and welcoming. Very extensive menu and colorful atmosphere. Once we ordered, it was a short wait. The food was delicious!! Salsa was spicy but flavorful and the drinks were delicious. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Delicious food. I had the three taco combination plate (with two vegetariano tacos and one nopal taco) which comes with rice beans and some chips. See photo. All were fresh and delicious. As a vegetarian, I appreciate that nothing here has lard.

Ordered two tacos. One lengua. One al pastor. The flavors of each bite transported me to Mexico but this is Los Angeles is Mexicano. Cierto! Cross my heart these tacos are the real deal. The atmosphere is colorful and festive. The service pleasant.
The horchata es un poquito too dulce for me but still good.
Love supporting a family owned negocio.

Their burittos are AMAZING! The avocado and beef is fresh while the tortias are soooooooo soft!!! Was so satisfied with the first to last bite. Their salsa is also super fresh and flavory so definitely recommend the quac with chips
Owners were super friendly as well so this was one of my best places to grab a bite during my stay in LA
BTW we nearly burst with too much food. Two people with a small stomach are good with just a single buritto + chips

Tacos looked a little above my budget so I figured a burrito would be affordable and satisfying, dang was I right! Red salsa is a 7/10 spicy so be a little careful. Chicken Burrito was awesome and so filling.

Visited this place about a week ago and these are my impressions:
The good: Great taste, portion is enough and selection is very ample.
The bad: Pricing for a plate is a bit excessive. Bought 4 plates and paid about $80 dollars and that is with no drinks.
The ugly: Location is in a bad neighborhood where the homeless population is present and sometimes it can be dangerous. There is no parking available. Some tables were dirty and staff did not pay attention to it.
Overall, I would recommend this place. In reality, the size of the meal justifies the price and most importantly, the taste. I am sure the dirty table was an honest mistake and feel confident the owner will rectify immediately once he/she sees this review.
