The worst location I’ve been to by far! The appearance of store looks not well taken care of. Didn’t have a condiment station where you’re able to choose any sauces when dining in; very limited options to choose from here. During my visit I order the regular chicken katsu WITH gravy. But was surprised when I received a little cup of gravy. Other locations usually pour the gravy on top with the perfect amount covering every piece and some rice. The gravy only covered about half the chicken. Had to eat the rest without. It was overcooked and dry.

Extreme hygiene issues!
Foods are okay, rice needs more salt, and fried shrimp was super oily, but rest of order wasn’t bad. Store is dirty from bottom to top. Price are a bit over priced for quality of food and service.

After waiting 1 hour (Google says they open at 10:00, sign on the door says they open at 11:00) ordered the Portuguese sausage and eggs breakfast. Was served spam and eggs. Confronted employees and cook with pictures of L&L Hawaiian food Google pic of Portuguese sausage and eggs. Cook claims I was served Portuguese sausage instead of spam. Please review the pictures. Don’t eat here. So disappointed.

It is what it is – simple, decent, cheap food. A bit salty for my taste but the macaroni salad made up for that! I didn’t realize his was a chain since it feels like a family owned venture. I dig it and probably may try the menu again.

I wish I would’ve also taken a pictures of the soda machine, the chicken and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. My daughter’s shrimp looked like it was literally seasoned with shrimp feces, chunks all throughout. Literally every soda flavor tasted like dirt. The soda machine actually has some mold-looking foam coming out of the back of it. Noticed that after dealing my attempt at complaining. Suddenly no one spoke English when I attempted to bring the issues to their attention.
I wish you could uneat food, because I am physically I’ll thinking of how dirty and disgusting that restaurant is.

Im a big fan of L&L and this location needs quality control. Their chicken is not fresh and also over fried(looks like using old oil and refrozen chicken) compare to other locatiom. Their curry sauce is more blend compare to other location as well.

I love this place, but lately when I order the loco moco with my eggs over easy, & it gets plated with the yoke popped & cooked, it’s not.made to my order. Furthermore, if the egg is not done to my order, I would expect it to be cooked & served right. Don’t plate the egg if it’s not over easy. This has happened a couple times before, but now it’s happening regularly. Don’t ask me how I want the eggs, if you’re not going to do them correctly, & then on top of it serve them to me, only to find out it’s done wrong when I get home… Maybe I need to check them before I leave the restaurant, or go somewhere that will do them how I want it! This is my opinion, & I’ll start checking it before I leave, from now on! Which by the way, I shouldn’t have to check!
