I go to this Subway because it’s on my way home. When ordering your food they can never hear you ask to move up. I order my 6 inch Philly steak sandwich added onion and green peppers mild peppers I wanted it toasted. I drive home after getting my sandwich unwrapped it noticed it looked very small I see no veggies hanging off I see no meat just thin all around the edges. Open up the sandwich and there is barely any meat on it. One thin strip of meat down the middle hardly any veggies and for almost 10 you expect a bit more. So disappointing. I’ll probably not go back.

Don’t give them your business! I went to the drive through at 8:30 and ordered a sandwich with double cheese. I got home an hour later and discovered they gave me no cheese. It was too late to go back and have it remade. Came in the next day and they refused to credit me or remake my sandwich. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Subway.

My online order for a 6 in tuna was wrong. I picked off all the wrong stuff, took 2 bites – and pulled a giant piece of plastic out of my mouth. The mngr sd if I wanted a refund she could void my order. I will never go here again.

Great service and food. Went to go pickup my sandwich and the employee working was dealing with an extremely rude and hostile customer. While I’m sure the customer’s issues were valid, the response was not proportional. The employee handled it best she could, and from someone who’s worked food industry, I know how hard moments like that are to handle.

Show up at 9: 20pm on Monday evening, staff is cleaning the floors and peeping for closing when they are supposed to be open until 10pm., refused to serve us just so they can close early! Don’t be in the customer service business if you don’t wanna serve customers. Silly!
