My heart ached when lulu bells closed, but stepping into very berry good pancake house made it all disappear. The smiling faces and the warm welcomes when you walk through the door made me feel at home. The atmosphere was a down home place and the attention to detail was exquisite. The whole restaurant was strawberry/berry themed, even to the little strawberry numbers at each table made the perfect touch. They have an extensive menu for breakfast items from crepes to omelets, with some lunch also. I went here with my daughter and she order the 2 eggs with pork chops (It came with hashbrowns and pancakes). I ordered the same but with turkey sausage and instead of pancakes I had the sourdough toast. Both items were so delicious. The star of the breakfast was the buttermilk pancakes made from scratch. They were light and fluffy with the right amount of sweetness. My daughter ordered it the nutella drizzel and whipped cream on top. We were so full we were not able to order dessert as there was so many options we wanted to try. But there is always next time.
All in all it was a wonderful comfy breakfast spot to hit if your around the town. We definitely will come back.

Everything was delicious and service was great!
We had BLT with fries and chicken noodle soup (yummy!), strawberries with Nutella French toast, and the boys had Mickey Mouse pancakes. Overall great experience❤️

Today we found a new breakfast gem!✨️
I love the hours because we can come in before the kids go to school. We have a little tradition where my two boys and I have Wednesday breakfast together without rushing. We have been searching for a place that feels cozy and friendly. I believe we found it! The staff is super kind and friendly. They make you feel like family! The banana and Nutella crepes were our favorite! Everything was fresh and clean. We will definitely be coming back!

Tried the El Burrito Sabanero from Very Berry Good Pancake House and it did not disappoint! Super tasty, packed with flavor, and the salsa gave it the perfect kick. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Big portion too — definitely hit the spot. Highly recommend if you’re craving a solid breakfast burrito!

The food was great, good quality. I visited for opening day, and as you can expect it was a little slow, but not too slow. For opening day, I understand they have to get their ducks in a row. I look forward to visiting again. Aside from the wait, I had the Florentine Benedict, which was nice. The English muffin was untrusted, I feel like they’re usually toasted, but because it wasn’t toasted (or if they were, not toasty enough), it became soggy and ultimately wasn’t able to consistently pick it up with my fork. I also asked for a to-go very berry good pancakes, which were amazing, and the lechera adds flavor. I will be coming back for more.

The newly renovated restaurant is beautiful and full of lovely details. The staff was very welcoming and attentive at all times. Our food didn’t take long at all and was oh so delicious! We had skillet, steak, chilaquiles, and crepes. Everything was absolutely delicious and we will be back. Highly recommend!

Best diner food I’ve had in the area for a while. Damn fine coffee (larger cups so when you get topped off you don’t go back to too hot to drink and not enough to justify adding more cream/sugar). Great service. Cozy atmosphere. Very clean place. Hope it stays that way and I’ll be back a lot.

Somewhat disappointed with this place very expensive for the portions. Food was not that good. Although pancakes were very good. price gouging? Maybe. Order the meat skillet, very small portion. Ordered chilaquiles verdes that come with rice and beans…beans tasted from can. The meat was lacking in flavor and very few pieces for $25. $75 dollars for 2 with tip. Not sure if I would come back.

First time eating at the Very Berry Good pancake house and it definitely lived up to its name! I had green chilaquiles and they were delicious. Ordered a side of pancakes that were just as good. All of my food felt freshly made. Service was also great. I will be coming back and recommend.
