We ordered door dash to the Taco Bell. I (stupidly, as turns out) got in the drive through, and they said there was no order under our name. Of course, I had to follow and wait for a couple cars ahead of me to get their orders. Then at the delivery window a surly person said they had no idea what order I was talking about. After I get home, I learned on the TB website that delivery food was on a table inside, where outside orders were placed. Maybe I’m stupid not knowing that, but not as stupid as the staff, who simply could have told me.

I normally don’t review fast food places but this one is an exception. I have been visiting this place for years and noticed how well this place is run. The consistency and quality of food has impressed me in a positive way. The staff keep the place clean and are always friendly. For a quick bite this is the perfect place to take a food break.

At Norman one, One girl, pretty Indian girl, was not nice. I asked if did senior citizen discounts and she acted like it put her out to have to find out. Other nice girl said a free drink, then rude girl tried to give me water. Last time I got a water there, pretty sure it was free………..other girl was nice.

I was here for about 30 minutes and in that time the floors were not swept where there was obviously lettuce, cheese, and general trash on the floor. The tables were not cleaned. There were food crumbs, sauce packets, or wet marks from cups on about 1/3 of all of the tables. The drink area was just gross. Overall the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Definitely not coming back.

Went in today to order two cheesy bean and rice burritos with chipotle on it and what I received was not okay they had massive amounts of sauce on them Connor did not use the z method which employees are supposed to use for correct portioning
