Service is always friendly, considerate and accurate. Howeever, the ice flavors are pretty much the same everytime. I would describe the flavors at this location as limited and boring. The custard flavors are basically vanilla or chocolate. From time to time there may be one other. Even so, it cannot be used for Mistos/Blenders. It just makes no sense. Especially, when I have been to many other locations that have a large variety of ice and custard flavors and who aren’t afraid to use them. Lol… This Ritas Ice is a last resort for me anymore. 🙁

Stopped by here for a quick dessert while visiting Harrisburg. It was a chilly day, so ordered it to go. There’s a few small tables and 2 benches if you want to eat outside as there’s no indoor seating.

There was only 1 party in front of me, so was able to order quickly. Ordered the Reese’s Concrete which is their frozen custard mixed with Reese’s Peanut Butter pieces and chocolate. It was very creamy with a nice consistency that was easy to mix. I was curious to try the Gelati as it has the Italian Ice and Custard mixed, so will have to try that next time.

I love Rita’s, but today was a terrible experience. It took the guy almost 15 minutes to make two large gelato’s and one large regular ice. And then after handed me the tropical punch Rita’s I pull off. It’s already halfway melted. Unacceptable. $20 for three large is ridiculous. I would’ve got a refund, but there was eight cars behind me.

Yummy again! Each time I visit Harrisburg or Mechanicsburg I have to try a different flavor or treat. This time I tried vanilla custard with papaya ice and cherries added. Absolutely delicious! Everyone took bite of mine.

Stopped to get a treat for my daughter we had a Rita’s coupon that said good at any participating Rita’s. Union deposit Rita’s only takes union deposit Rita’s coupons will not stop at this one again. Why bother being a franchise when you won’t accept the regular coupons?

Oh… oh…. OH!!!! I am a lover of all treats sweet and tasty. My favorite gelati combos are coconut ice/ Georgia peach…. pina colada/ pineapple…. and now I have a new fav!!!!!!!!!! Unicorn/ cotton candy!!!!! With the unicorn sprinkles!!!!!! This was the best treat ever!

Service was quick because there was no one there but got there an hour before they closed and they didn’t have their outside lights on like they were trying to avoid having people come there

My first time there and it did not disappoint! Great flavor selections and options on combinations. The servers were friendly and quick. There was even a drive thru. The perfect treat to end the day. It was like a hug in the cup. I’m definitely going back.
