I ordered the # 56 without jalapeños. They put jalapeños on it. I called and they told me that they would put my name down to replace my messed up sub. I didn’t go back because I had to go to work. I went today to get my replacement sub and was informed that they had no record of it. I should have just ate the first sub and then sued the place seeing as how I’m allergic to jalapeños. Will never go back to that place again.

I ordered a #44. Almost 0 hot sauce on the entire thing and the jalapeños i asked to be added on ended up being a single slice of jalepeno. (Yes, I went through the whole thing). Itvl was essentially chicken lettuce and tomato drenched in blue cheese dressing. Not a good combo and i threw it away. I do understand that mistakes happen, and generally the food is ok, but the last 3 times in a row they haven’t gotten it right so I feel the need to say something. Id suggest going elsewhere.

Went to the Jersey Mike’s in Peru Il. today. Waited in line 15 minutes. Only 2 people working there . They couldn’t keep up with the line of people and the line at the register for call in orders. Felt bad for them. I left without a purchase. Management do better!!! Also have employees change gloves after handling money then making a sandwich. Gross!!!!

They can’t seem to get my order right, everytime I order, I even specify in the notes, please no onions and peppers, and they even wrote on the bag no veggies and it still had veggies! Then I call to complain and they say I can either refund the order or remake it, the person on the phone starts getting ignorant cuz the persons sandwich they messed up was very upset because they messed the sandwich once again (4th time in a row) the person on the phone says if that guy in the background doesn’t stop yelling I’m not gonna remake the order

The staff was friendly and helpful as always. My issue is the quality, never used to be a problem. I ordered the philly, used to be good, i got the regular and had five bites that had unchewable gristle that made the food unpleasant. I guess luckily (?) I used shore points so technically didn’t pay for it?

They should really teach the sandwich makers how to make sandwiches. Waiting in line and the guys making them ahead of me is drenching the oil/vinegar and whatever else in those liquid bottles all over the lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and everything else in the metal bins for other sandwiches. Some people may be allergic/allergies and you are contaminating all your other customers food.
Wrote a review about employees using the gloves they make sandwiches with and handling money/receipts with those same gloves. I got a rude reply from I’m guessing the manager. What a dump…

Great food. Great friendly service. Place is clean. We arrived with a large group of people and they processed all our orders quickly. Quality didn’t suffer. The only thing I would like to see changed is the selection of bottled iced tea. Only unsweetened and lemon were available. That will not stop us from going again. Would like to see a Jersey Mike’s open in Ottawa Illinois.

Gotten subs from here and they are usually superior but today was not the case I got a spicy chicken Italian and it was nastiest chicken I’ve ever tasted. Would most definitely not recommend.
