Beautiful hidden gem! We were in town from St Louis and kinda came across this place by chance….so glad we did! It was perfect for what we were looking for that day! Great live music, good outdoor seating area, good wine, plenty of room for the kids to run around outside. Definitely worth checking out if your on the area.

Much more than we were expecting after our trip to Big Bone. Mary took such great care of us and made us feel right at home. The burger meat is from a local butcher and the portions were so generous!

Beautiful location. We enjoy going to the wine festival every year. This year the weather was great! Could use some better food options and this year the vendor participation was low.. but still a great time.

Amazing place to visit! The history there is rich, the staff are all super friendly and you can smell the cooking from their awesome restaurant a mile away! They even have a petting zoo and play area for the littles. Perfectly situated between Rabbit Hash and Big Bone Lick State Park.

Under new ownership and vastly cleaned up and redecorated, I can only say great things. I was a little early so got a tour of the grounds and bar (fully stocked). I’d seen this place before but it was a bit of a mess so I never went in. MENU HAS CHANGED. I recommend calling as not all websites will be updated.

Kelly, owner, was very attentive. Full staff, fast service and attention to detail (real, not bagged bacon pieces on my loaded tots and I watched her make the batter for my fried chicken sandwich).

So much outdoor seating! So many tvs!

Worth the hour drive from Cincinnati, Indiana and east Louisville especially given Big Bone Lick state park and Rabbit Hash are right there.

I loved this place we would take our kids there to eat and after they always went to pet the animals. So sad it has closed

Great service, cool location, very cool and friendly farm dog, and nice little fake “buildings”.

It was a neat place but it could use some repairs.

The owner is a sweetheart so I hate leaving negative comments; however, maybe they will help improve the food. The potato salad had way too much mayo; the fries were hard as a rock and did not taste like any fry I’ve had; the corn pudding was odd at best. The bison burger was good but way too thick for my personal taste. It’s an adorable little place and the area was lovely, but after driving for nearly 2 hours to get there, was super disappointed in the food.

The main restaurant wasnt open yet. The small bar seated about 20 and was serving food. My son and I stopped by to check it out as a destination for our crew when this summer. Huge covered outdoor seating area. The only downside seems to be a shortage of parking. Especially for motorcycles.
