Porto Salvo is one of our go to spots! We usually visit two to three times a month since it’s very close to home, and it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes it a great place to relax and enjoy quality time in the area.
Their pizza is especially good. My son absolutely loves it. The drinks are well made, and the food menu offers a nice variety of options. I also highly recommend their brunch menu, which has some really great selections.
The only thing I wish is that they had more steak options on the dinner menu. Other than that, it’s a solid place with good food, good drinks, and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting!

The food and service are always excellent. Everything on the menu is delicious, definitely worth coming back to try it all! The bartenders and servers are very attentive and consistently check in to make sure you’re enjoying your meal and that everything is perfect. The food is truly top-notch. Highly recommend!

Porto Salvo is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots. The drinks are amazing—beautifully crafted and consistently on point. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone on staff is attentive and genuinely friendly, and they make a point to check in regularly without ever feeling intrusive.
A special shoutout to Marco, who is officially my new favorite bartender. He knows his craft, makes excellent recommendations, and adds to the overall welcoming vibe of the place.

I came for Valentine’s Day and had such a great time. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, Porto was very welcoming, the drinks were good, and the vibes were everything. Marco was also very respectful and kind to us. We’ll definitely be back!

Porto Salvo is one of the best hidden gems, ever! A must visit any time you are in the Bronx near the courthouse and/or near Yankee stadium!
I have been coming here for nearly a decade. All of the staff are always genuinely pleasant, knowledge, and professional. Marco was an extra blessing during some mixed work/down time for lunch!

My experience at Porto Salvo was amazing! The atmosphere and lighting were perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Pedro and Claudia were very helpful, and the service overall was excellent.

The food was good, I had a zucchini chip appetizer and the branzino and veggie special they had for the day. The drinks were no good. I had a mango mojito, could have went without it honestly. My friend had a coconut mojito and it tasted like milk and soda. The waiters were attentive, but it made us feel rushed. We expressed that we wanted to eat before drinking and our waiter came to the table three times before the appetizers came out asking if we were ready to order drinks. And then another time after the appetizers arrived. We finally ordered drinks when the main course arrived and were extremely underwhelmed by the drinks. Another waiter came to our table and began to remove our plates once we received our drinks and we had to stop her because we weren’t even half way done with our meal.
The ambience of the restaurant is very cute and intimate. I would have returned for a date, but I was just so thrown off by how fast they were trying to get us out of there. There were three tables in the dining room, including us so we weren’t sure what the urgency was about.

Went here for lunch on a Weds. no wait for a table it was pretty empty. The oysters were good that was the tastiest thing we had. The Ceaser salad was good as well. The octopus was good but it was a very small portion for the price. Only one piece. The crab cake wasn’t tasty and was overpriced and the salmon tartar wasn’t the best either. It needed like plantain chips or pita or something to go with it.
