Awesome food. Awful staff and management. Food supposed to be ready at a specific time, I ordered HOURS earlier. When food not ready and I asked how much earlier I needed to order to have it ready on time, the manager shamed me saying they were busy – mind you I ORDERED HOURS EARLIER. As if they didn’t know my order was coming up. No sorry sir, no next time we be better, it’s MY fault the food isn’t ready as promised. What a “not my fault” mentality. Do better. Hire more competent management.

Busted it to get over here after work, walked in at 840. I walked in and said “sorry guys I just off work” the dude at the counter looked pissed as he got up from sitting in the counter. Even with a customer walking in and apologizing upon entry for coming 20 minutes before close? 1 no customer does that 2- you’re somehow upset with me? They told me the oven was off. I will never come back here. Horrible. I had enough time to write this review with 15 minutes til close.

First time trying Jimmy John’s! The staff was amazing! Rob was great and offered the potato salad! The potato salad was amazing!!! The Vito sub is delicious! We will most definitely be back next week before heading to Restaurant Depot! Satisfied the hunger!
