This has great thai flavors with a minimal menu. The service is usually understaffed though for instance if there are larger parties it seems the staff will favor them over smaller groups of 2 for instance. We let one of the servers know we were waiting for dessert for a while and she gave us an extra ice cream for free which we appreciate. We got the valentines special of lobster pad thai with their new mango cheesecake. They were both delicious. Their vegetarian khao soi is also very delicious. Even though their service can improve their food is worth coming here for.

If you’re craving authentic Thai food, this spot is a must-try! The dishes are carefully prepared and full of flavor, even if they don’t crank up the spice (personally, I think Thai food should have a bit more heat, but the authenticity and quality more than make up for it).

My daughter, granddaughter and myself went for lunch to More Thai for the first time. We ordered the calamari, spring rolls, lobster pad Thai and lobster koi Suey. It was delicious. The wait staff were polite, courteous and attentive. The ambiance was good.

I started my meal with the spring rolls, which were served cut in half. While the flavour was decent, the filling was a bit mushy and the cabbage tasted steamed. I would rate this dish a 4/10 and feel it has potential for improvement.
For my main course, I ordered the Pad Thai, which did not disappoint. The dish lived up to its promise of being made with a homemade tamarind sauce and no ketchup, which delivered a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and sour flavours. The ingredients were fresh and the option to adjust the spice level with the table-side condiments was a great feature. I would confidently give the Pad Thai an 8/10.

I was not even acknowledged upon entering and had to seek out a staff member to be seated. This lack of initial attention set a negative tone for the entire meal.
The most significant issue was the timing of the dishes. Despite confirming that I wanted my appetizer first, the Pad Thai was delivered before I had finished my spring rolls, which was a clear misstep and a major turn-off. To make matters worse, throughout the meal, the staff did not check in on me even once. I had to wait a significant amount of time just to get their attention to pay the bill.
I understand that the staff may have been busy with other tables, including a party of eight, but attentive service is the hallmark of a great restaurant. The ability to manage multiple tables effectively is a fundamental part of the job, and it was a skill that seemed to be missing here.

More Thai has a solid foundation with its authentic and flavourful main dishes. The Pad Thai was a standout and a highlight of the meal. However, the service needs considerable improvement to match the quality of the food. I had the pleasure of dining at More Thai yesterday with my colleagues and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish! The food was delicious fresh ingredients, lemon grass, fishy saucy flavours, and balanced spices but slightly sweet side for someone prefers spicy food.
The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the service truly stood out. A big shoutout to May, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Came here with my wife and parents, as we had heard really good reviews. We were set to go to another restaurant, but my mom said it wasn’t very good.
So, we turned and decided to come here, as the reviews were really good.
Everything was so delicious, the service was insanely fast and the servers were all so nice.

We ordered the Chef Mo Pad Thai ($23.50 after adding chicken and shrimp) and the Pad Ga Prao ($22.50 after choosing pork belly).
We had been to the original location when it first opened and got takeout – the pad Thai was very tasty but overly oily but we are happy to see that the food has gotten even better!
The pork belly upgrade was a good choice as well – would recommend.
Service was cordial, nothing overly special and wish we got a water refill before asking for the bill.
Definitely coming back!

I usually go to the Cookeville 1 But I didn’t like the atmosphere and the parking.
Here the cleanliness, atmosphere, Staff, especially, The food is really inviting.
The server name Mona (hope I spell her name correctly) she super polite and friendly. She provided outstanding customer service.
The food was excellent.. Prices very reasonable.

Recently went to More Thai in Port Credit for lunch and had an amazing time! We ordered the calamari, pad thai, iced tea, green curry, and mango sticky rice. Everything arrived fast, fresh, fairly priced, and so well seasoned! I especially recommend the calamari which was bursting with flavour and the green curry. I really liked how they provide a little seasoning rack to customize your food and more spice if wanted. The mango sticky rice was a perfect way to end the meal, light but still satisfying.
Our server was also super kind and attentive! I will definitely be back.
