Looks like an ongoing issue from reading the other reviews. Ordered a large stuff crust pizza with deli pepperoni, green peppers, onions and mushrooms on half. Not a single pepperoni made it on to the pizza so essentially a veggie pizza. Pizza was barely warm. Seems that after leaving the store they may have stopped at multiple other places before making it here. Very thin flat barely warm pizza without the ordered toppings and very little pizza sauce. Is there not a standard recipe? And I wasted my $6 in Papa bucks or whatever they are called for gross pizza.

this place sucked we ordered dinner and did specials there was no toppings really we had gotten mushroom and pepperoni on one and there was 10 pepperonis total barely any mushrooms then had a meat lovers and you couldn’t even tell anything was on it besides cheese the cheesy bread was basically just bread there wasn’t barely any cheese at all . i would not recommend this pizza place at all im going back to jacks pizza .

Person taking Delivery order had an unrecognizable language barrier. Very confusing. Wrong amount told over phone versus on receipt. Im pretty sure I called into a call center. I would have rather talked to a robot

I just had a small bacon and tomato pizza with extra sauce and it was amazing. Best pizza I have ever had in my life. It was better than perfect and from the time I ordered it till the time it got here was only 16 minutes. That was crazy fast. Thank you Papa John’s!

Unfortunately my carry out order was horrible. The pasta looked incomplete and tasted awful… my pizza looked and tasted over cooked and short on cheese. Never had an issue in my history of this happen. Food was just inedible. Very disappointed.

Ordered a 5 topping but only wanted 4 toppings ended up only getting 2 toppings for a large $30 pizza. I called about it and they said the receipt only showed 2 toppings. Probably won’t order here again.

They delivered our food to a house next door. They just put it on the porch. Our neighbor tried to tell them it was thaw wrong house. Our house has an apartment in the back. Our neighbor told my grandson where it was. I called the store. The person I spoke to was very rude. I tried to explain that to was not delivered to the correct house. Then hung up on me. They deserve no stars.

Pizza was excellent but the service was terrible. I went to pick up my order and the guy at the counter was looking for a few minutes and seemed kinda worried. He couldn’t find the order and said one of the delivery drivers must have taken it by accident. He told me the delivery drivers aren’t famous for reading labels. I wish they were famous for that so they wouldn’t take the wrong orders.
Anyway he offered me a half hearted apology and said it would be at least 15 minutes for the new order. I was internally upset but didn’t show it too much. So I went home because I live close and that was a mistake because my kids were super disappointed that I didn’t have the pizza. Lesson learned there but I digress.
So I go to pick up my order and it doesn’t have all the sauces I ordered and the same guy from before helped me and he seemed annoyed and when he gave me the pizza he said there you go. I said thanks, but I feel like another apology was in order. I worked restaurants and pizza places for many years so I know mistakes are made but I would have been very apologetic. I wasn’t rude at all. Very calm and understanding. Not the biggest deal in the world but there were a few angry customers there who had messed up orders too. Maybe it was just a fluke but won’t return for a while.

To Start off with my pizza was Lukewarm at best i ordered the big Papa pizza which is supposed to be an extra large. By the way, it’s not an extra large. It’s just a large cut into smaller pieces Pizza with bread sticks and 3 cheeses somehow came out to 37 dollars I asked Why did the pizza come out ten dollars more than what I was Originally told she said due to taxes and a five dollar tip She said pizza would be here in 25 to 35 minutes so 45 minutes later My pizza shows up lukewand the Delivery driver hands me the receipt I sign it hand it back and he literally looks at me and says are you Going to tip so i give him 5 more bucks! A BIG WASTE OF 42 DOLLARS AND I WILL NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN Lesson learned

ordered a pizza on the app. when I got there somehow it had been given to the wrong person. sometimes mistakes happen and I understand that. I figured they would remake it and maybe give me a discount but the manager quickly remade it and didn’t charge me. on top of that it might have been the best papa johns pizza I’ve had. mistakes happen and I’m glad to see they make up for it. also love the new location. much better than the old one.
