Saveur is a wonderful bistro off the beaten path, but a quick walk from the plaza. The family has had a restaurant in Santa Fe for more than 50 years. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve lunch, complete with turkey and all the trimmings. They have a ready-made hot and cold lunch at the counter, or you can get crepes, steaks, and other specials of the day, as well as desserts. The family is very friendly and it is a great experience dining here.

Every morsel was delicious. We had the Napoleon, the Traditional breakfast, and the Eggs Antoinette. We ate every last crumb. And the latte and cappuccino were equally delightful. Meeting Dee the owner was one of the best treats of our trip. We will be back every time we come to Santa Fe.

Saveur delivers a fantastic dining experience with great food and even better staff and service. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor. The attentive, friendly staff elevated the experience even further. The only downside is the portion size, which can feel a bit small for the price. Despite that, the quality and presentation make it worth a visit. For those seeking delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere, Saveur is a great choice. Just be prepared for smaller portions than you might expect!

Food was amazing. Stopped for a quick lunch with family from out of town. The staff was super friendly. I had a roast beef sandwich with green chili and lentil soup.

The best crêpes I’ve ever had i chose the mushroom crêpes, did not take a photo because of how amazing they were. The salad was also incredible, only took a picture when i was halfway done with it. The owner was so sweet and was asking us how we liked everything. Overall amazing food, service, price for the amount of food and a high level of quality. Wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

Our second time to Santa Fe in the last 6mo, and our second time to Saveur Bistro! The most wonderful staff and family owned restaurant we could visit. The Reuben, crepes, and fresh squeezed juices are a must, as is the side salad with homemade dressing. They were also very accommodating for our two dogs while we sat outside, and brought treats and water!

This little bistro is wonderful. The foods are fresh and the flavors are superb. They have a “Chef’s Buffet”, which my wife tried. Among the items on it were a shrimp salad stuffed avocado, grilles eggplant, and artichokes with a dipping sauce. They also had a pork tenderloin on the buffet. I had the Quiche Lorraine, which was beautifully souffled. The coffee was mild, but tasty. The owners and staff are helpful and quite nice. A return visit is in order.

Absolutely fantastic. We got an Eggs Antoinette and a French Onion soup with a fantastic chai. I could smell it from across the table. Excellent hospitality, excellent fresh-made food. One of the best places I’ve ever been to.

We discovered this charming bistro on our last morning in Santa Fe, and wish we had tried it earlier. Not that we’ve had any bad breakfasts here, but Saveur is really a cut above. The owner greeted us warmly at the door, explained the dozen or so breakfast options to us (all written on a daily whiteboard, always a good sign), and took our orders right then. We both opted for the Napoleon, a scrambled egg with a savory ham and green chiles on a fresh-baked croissant. It was delicious and very satisfying, served with a bold, smooth coffee in large Parisian-style cups. On our way out we saw the whiteboard of lunch offerings being written up, featuring five different homemade soups that all sounded great. If you’re in Santa Fe we definitely recommend this restaurant, a short walk from the plaza district – we’ll have it at the top of our list next time we’re here!

Lovely spot with wonderfully healthy, fresh food (and some yummy treats too!). Absolutely darling owner and staff.

Nice and quiet, a good place to escape the tourist crowd.

The buffet food was delicious and fresh, my quiche to order was fluffy with a nice crust.

Everything tasted homemade.

The ordering process is more like a deli but don’t let that dissuade you!

Would absolutely return.
