Entire experience was bad, Hispanic male told me they were closing over 2 hours early without explanation and refused to provide me contact information for anyone who could explain to me why they were closing the store that early. After completely blowing me off both workers continued to hide in the back area (presumably on the clock) while not taking/making orders and had almost every light off including the open sign. Completely unacceptable, super unprofessional and to say the least it’ll be my last visit at this location beyond the one to speak with the guys manager tomorrow.

So the guy working doesn’t do the right portions my sandwich came with two times cheese.He tried giving me four slices.I said it should have four more. Then he charged me for extra cheese. we to subway tonight at 7:50pm the employee was turning lights off and said they were closed when my boyfriend went back in and asked for his managers number the employee started putting on gloves and said he would make my order. I will not be returning to this location i drove from north mpls because i like this subway better than mine and today ruined it for me. I have worked restaurant business for years and there is no reason to close two hours early and refuse service until they are asked for a manager contact. needless to say i left with no food because of the horrible customer service!

So, At 940pm here I am at the robbinsdale Subway and I was waiting in line for my turn to order. And once employee Juan asked me how he may help me he says “we are only doing cold sandwiches at this time because everything shut off”! And I asked well why would that be.. are you not open until 10pm? He replied with “Yeah so.. and what time is it?” I look at the phone and reply”947pm”
He then Snickers and said “YEAH exactly”!
In discussed I asked him “well since you want to go home early why not just leave 30 Minutes Or an hour ago?”
If the posted hours of the store says you’re open till 10:00 p.m. doesn’t it mean you’re supposed to be open till 10:00 p.m.? And what ever is on the menu is supposed to be available to order & or to buy correct?
You don’t start shutting down early or “turned everything off” as you say, why would you shut everything off 20-30 minutes before you’re supposed to close the store and stop serving your food prior to your closing time?
If that’s the case you need to change your displayed store hours to reflect your actions.. or whenever you stop serving what’s on the menu.
Bc then in your mind you’re closed and by you turning equipment off, that inhibits you from serving menu that is displayed. Andat this point you’re no longer needed & you shall be fired! Because you’re useless. You’re losing the company and the store money and you are there to make money, therefore you not doing your job. goodbye!!
Why should this guy and anybody like him be paid when he refuses to do the job he’s hired to do?

Well here we go Again!!!
The store hours say open till 10pm,
I was here shortly after 9:30pm and the store is already closed!
Open sign is off and lights inside are mostly off, the guy already had all the stuff pulled from the counter and was cleaning it looks like.
Apparently they think it’s ok to shut down early so they can leave by 10:06pm I see.as I’m writing this now!!
And of course they are still being paid even though they closed a half hour early or better.
The owner needs to fire this Guy and back charge him for all the money he and his others have been scamming from the store and the money that would have been made from customers who wanted to buy food but can’t because he closed early daily.
And or change the posted hours on the store front, online and everywhere else it’s states they are open but they refuse to do the work they are hired to do and to do the job they are being pawid for still but don’t want to work!
I’m sure they had a very important video games waiting to be played at mom & dads basement, ie “his home”!
So sad. And criminal actually. He can be/should be/and needs to be charged criminally and civilly for it!

Ordered my food with an extra charge for mozzarella. The subway app says my food is ready for pick up, so my coworker goes to grab my food and no one is in the front so he waits till someone comes out. When they do they let him know that my food was not even started yet, so now he has to wait while on lunch. They finish my food, and he gets it back to work, to find out the mozzarella is not on my food. So not only did they not make my food when they said they had, but I was charged for items I did not receive. If they were busy I could understand, but no other guests were in the store. Very unacceptable.

I ordered ahead on the app and had an ok salad. The meat was chopped up and easy to eat, however, the veggies were not so those were not easy to eat. I guess the default Subway Club salad doesn’t come with any dressings so it was dry. Everything was nice and cold though.
The seating situation is poor so I can’t recommend eating inside, especially in the winter. You’re either in front of the counter, which has no space to get in and out if it’s busy, or right next to the bathrooms, so you better hope no one has anything bad going on internally or you’ll get to share a piece of their experience in there.
This Subway could use a self pickup shelf like a lot of subways do, making for fast pickups and not having to bother the busy staff.
I saw two different guys go into the bathroom while I was there, one being a customer and one being a staff member. I can’t say it was the employee for sure but there urine all over the seat so either the staff member shared it or they simply ignored it. Either way it should’ve been cleaned up during or shortly after to go get proper cleaning supplies. When the employee came out they went back up before even being out of the doorway. I heard the sink water turn on for not even 2 seconds then they came back out. I know they have to wash their hands (they’re supposed to anyway) when they help a new customer but that still leaves room to contaminate the door handle. They also could have touched cash for customer’s change then the customer would have the contaminants on them and everything they touch until washing their hands next.

Have ordered take-out via the app a few times, our 2 most recent orders were hit and miss where the first time they weren’t toasted as requested, the 2nd time they weren’t labeled in a way we could tell which was which without dismantling each sandwich looking for the subtle differences between our orders. The food IS good, just be nice if we could more reliably get what we asked for and know whose is whose.

Ordered on there app and when I got home with sandwiche the bread was old and all dried out it just crumbled in my hands by the time pulled off all the dryer out bread there was less the a wrap left of the bread and it tasted like shit threw most of it away I stopped going to that place for bad food decided to give it another try never again do yourself a favor go to the one in crystal I don’t know what I was thinking going back to that place

Ruben the employee was being very stingy on the black olives unlike the subway in crystal they load my sandwich with olives and when I did ask him for more olives he added like 3 more olives
