I got the chorizo breakfast burrito, delicious. Salsas were very tasty – each had its own flavor. The lady who took my order was very helpful and friendly! I will return.

Really good food! It’s a stationary food truck with outdoor covered seating.
Taquitos were perfectly crispy.
The carne asada plate was different than others I’ve had, but very good. The beans and rice were delicious.
The tacos (carnitas, chorizo, & carne asada) were well enjoyed.
Lastly, the churros were also delicious. Perfectly crunchy outside with soft middle. I got the plain (cinnamon & sugar) & the carjeta/caramel was also delicious.

Really great to see this place grow. They have excellent food and fun outdoor seating! They have delicious Tortas made the authentic way. I have tried both the asada (steak) and the carnitas (pork) and was very happy with both. Most importantly they use a fresh baked bun, very fresh lettuce, tomato and guacamole (not the fake guacamole in most other places. Will be back to try the nacho fries soon!

Amazing food. We come here as much as possible. It’s my favorite place in the valley to get Mexican food. It’s authentic and delicious along with American options for picky kiddos.

This is such a great place to eat, I have no complaints about the food or service. However, they need to be more consistent with their hours. As mentioned by a few people in previous reviews, they have their hours posted, but half the time you want food from them, they don’t answer the phone or they aren’t open. I live within a couple blocks, and I still go to Lucy’s Tacos in La Junta rather than Mas Que Tacos because I know they’ll always be open.

UPDATE: In response to the owners arrogant and rude reply I have reduced the rating to 1 star.
Scientifically, yes, you can get sick from food within minutes, even mere seconds depending on the contaminant. I find this claim that it is impossible to get sick while eating to be one of the most ridiculous claims I’ve ever heard. I actually have a science degree. You will be sick within seconds if your food is contaminated with ipecac for example. In this case toxins produced by a bacterial infection is more likely. This isn’t better though as it may well have led to some kidney damage.
My name is listed on the review, Thomas Mullins. I don’t keep receipts for fast food, because nobody does this. I ordered fish tacos.
While I left room in my original review for bad luck, I will leave no such room for the incredibly rude response I received from you. I wouldn’t trust someone with that attitude to take out my trash nevermind make my food.
Do yourself a favor and go someplace that responds to honest feedback with humility instead of arrogance and contempt.
Original Review:
Nice area, wanted to like it. Unfortunately, with not many customers the wait time was substantial. Additionally, the food was soggy. Ended with me getting sick before I even finished eating the meal and remaining severely sick for about a week.
Bad luck maybe but it is what it is. Too scared of being sick to try it again.

I agree with the previous poster from two weeks ago named Alex. They have amazing food and the lady is always so sweet, but over the last two weeks, we will call and go to see if they’re open during their regular business hours and they’re closed with no notice. It sucks having to drive 30 minutes, thinking they’ll be open around 7pm as their hours say they’re open till 8pm on the sign, but we get there and they’re closed. Out of 4 visits, 3 have been closed. If you don’t want to be open, don’t say you’ll be open. It’s so frustrating. Please adjust your hours to like… 6pm or something if you’re not going to be open. It doesn’t matter how great your food is – people will stop coming if you aren’t reliably open during your business hours. That is how great businesses close up.
