We came here after a basketball game (about 20 kids) and the managers went above and beyond for us! They set up tables outside for us, had our food out quick, and visited with the team while everyone waited for their food. Great service and fast, yummy food! Probably the best Chick-fil-A service I’ve ever seen.

In writing this review because is have been consistently let down by the breakfast food at this location.
Every single time I have gone to order online it takes so much longer.
The biscuits I get are always dry and extra crunchy and the eggs always look overcooked and like they have been sitting for a long time.
Today I decided to add the has browns and you could just tell they have been sitting and were cooked in old oil.
I didn’t bother to eat them this morning.
I’m comparing my experience to the CFA in Keizer because the breakfast food I order from there is always fresh, and I never have to wait over 10 mi a to get my order.
Woodburn CFA is never worth it.
And the customer service is subpar

Who thought it was a good idea to open a drive thru/ walk up location in Oregon with no indoor seating?
I was shocked to see that in 40 degree weather the only way to eat at this location was to eat outside in the cold weather.
When I asked the two different ladies that served us why there was no indoor seating they were defensive right away stating it’s not their fault the building was designed that way. Of course it’s not their fault, but I’d expect to hear why the owner of this location thought it would be a good idea to force families to sit outside in extremely cold weather to eat or sit in their car to eat.
The food was just “ok”. The waffle fries were undercooked. My strawberry lemonade was more ice than lemonade. The chicken nuggets were good but my mood was ruined by being forced to eat in my car. My daughter picked to eat her for her birthday before going to Build A Bear, but we would never have come here if we knew there was no dine in seating.
There is access to the bathrooms from the side of the building similar to using a gas station bathroom.
I have no intentions of returning to this location. I will stick to the locations closer to me in Keizer and Salem.

Well…. it’s Chick-fil-A. You “probably” know about the food so about this place.
West side of the freeway feels industrial and this “feels” outta place.
Fairly easy access from a stop light intersection and decent parking. Drive thru lanes were well marked and seemed well defined. Exterior walk up window and outdoor seating only for those who want to “take a load off”
BUT…. no lines on walk up or drive thru while there mid-day on a Wednesday. Worth the stop for sure!

This is not a dine inside CFA. It is a drive thru only store with a walk up order window and outdoor seating. We enjoyed our food and talking with Mark and Casey who run the show there.

The costumer service even the manager was horrible. We love Chick F but this specific restaurant ( our first and last time going there ) had horrible customer service and food! We ordered a kids meal and two Chicken sandwich meals. We asked for sauces like Ketchup and bbq and napkins : when we opened our bag , the napkins and sauces were missing ( mind the lady repeat the order back to us ) in addition the fries had not flavor and were soaking in grease ! The chicken sandwiches were awful , the lettuce , tomatoes and pickles tastes spoiled and the Chicken tasted like it was sitting out for a whole day . I’m so disappointed, we went back to ask for new fries and the employee & manager refused to trade the greasy cold fries for new ones. No explanation why and no apology.

Went in a little over a month ago and paid using Apple Pay. The employee took my phone, stating they needed to carry it over to the register. Which was fine by me, but they usually bring out the card reader to you so I was a bit confused. As they returned it, the employee dropped my phone and my screen shattered. They were so quick to get a manager/owner out to apologize and gave me a contact # so they can help with costs of replacement or just make it right in general. Thankfully it was just the screen protector that got damaged and I was able to replace it, but it’s nice to know they take accountability and offer to make things right without hesitation. I never got back to them since I misplaced the contact card but at least I know they could’ve helped me replace the screen protector.

I have been impressed by the food quality, speed and most importantly the associates working at this location. It is obvious to see that hiring the correct person for the job is a core belief here. My wife wanted Chick-fil-A again and against my better judgement I reluctantly agreed. We, again, ordered the family meal and again, we were not told, but we’re charged $1.60 each extra for the 4 Mac n cheese sides we ordered. Unacceptable. Almost $50 for this meal 4 two.
Initial complaint
We ordered the family meal. We were told by the attendant that included 10 checked tenders, 4 large sides and 4 deserts. When we got up to the Window we found the Mac and cheese was extra. The manager said sorry they should have told you that. No, that’s not how it works, they should have taken care of us. Then we get home and items from our order us missing. After working a 13 hour day I was not pleased to say the least. Horrible experience. I would like a replacement meal for this experience.

Good food and great service. We flew to Portland and stopped at this Chick-fil-a for food during our drive to Corvallis. We ordered using the app while driving to the restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, we just needed to walk over to the pick up area, and we got a notice that they started making our food. It only took 6 minutes after that to receive our freshly prepared food. The staff were very polite and helpful. We sat outside and ate our food. The table and area was clean and tidy. I will definitely stop here again when making the drive.
