Gavin Phillips
This is one of my favorite sonic locations I have been to. This location has very friendly staff and more care is put into the food than other locations. Every item I have tried has been good and I have been satisfied every time. The location is also well kept aesthetically which I appreciate. There are no parts that seem extremely outdated. I must say that the stalls have obviously taken a little bit of abuse which is expected but there is just one that has been quite damaged for some time now. Overall amazing location.

Always love SONIC! Our favorite is the footlong chili dog, there is something about that smokey hotdog that is SO GOOD! We took advantage of the special in December.

Always come to this location since I’ve been in college. Never leave reviews, but checked in for a mobile order for 2 drinks. As the wait became a little excessive I was concerned maybe they didn’t see I checked in as I kept seeing multiple cars pull out. I pulled through the drive through to explain I wasn’t sure if they were busy, but I totally understood, but was just wanting to ensure my order was received or that it was noted I as here as the wait was a bit excessively long, especially just for 2 drinks regardless, and I even typically am patient being in the service industry myself. Just for the manager at the window to not even let me say a word back in response to “did you move from your spot?” Uh.. yes. I did move from the spot and I’m currently in the drive through now after politely explaining my situation and understanding the reason for a wait just to get the window shut in my face. Super rude regardless if they were just irritated due to the rush.

Man Sonic is usually alright. Got ice cream, paid EXTRA for mix-in toppings, got a light dusting on the top. Sonic always skimps out on toppings. Do not get Sonic, get a competitor.

Yesterday was our kids’ last day of school. Of course, we had to grab a treat. We ordered ahead of time using the mobile app, knowing many others would be heading to Sonic after school. There were 10 of us. The staff was smiling, friendly, and prompt! Our food was fresh, and the drinks hit the spot. Thank you for helping us kick off our summer break- we left with smiles on our faces!

Changed the app. Now it has bugs and doesn’t work consistently, also cant use apple pay anymore, also changed the fact if you use the mobile app you get half priced drinks no matter what. Now you have to look for a “reward” in the correct section to get half priced drinks and hope you have it. Sonics app has went downhill so much since it was first released.

I’m a lover of cherries, and request extra every time I come. This is probably the 10th time now that I have not been given extra cherries. I’ll end up with 1, maybe 2 if I’m lucky. But today I received NONE. I literally pay for extra, and I’m given none? If you’re expecting customers to pay over a $1 for cherries you should be giving them the damn cherries.

The lady that took our order rushed us through our order and cut us off before we were even done ordering. We had to buzz her back and tell her we weren’t done and she was irritated and then told us to buzz us back because we were taking too long. When we did buzz back, a different person picked up our order and we tried to tell him we had one started but then only finished taking our order and cut us off when we tried tellinf him that wasnt our completed order. They were incredibly impatient and nonprofessional.
