In 1978, Jet’s Pizza¬¨¬®‚àö√ú founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s¬¨¬®‚àö√ú location. I ordered a medium hand tossed Hawaiian pizza with jalapenos, it was the best Hawaiian pizza I have ever had. Perfect amounts of toppings and fresh jalapenos too.

Ordered online, pizza was hot and fresh. They had my pizza prepared and out of oven pretty fast! Love the 8 corner deep dish. Also usually grab individual slices at lunch time, they have hot slices ready to go.

We’re visiting from out of state for a wedding. Upon looking up the various pizza places in the town, we settled on Jet’s because they seemed to have a style of their own…and holy cow they do! Friendly and informative staff with pizza to die for! Crispy crust with delicious sauce, cheese, and a crust option that knocked it out of the park. I had the Detroit Deep Dish (small) and it was more than enough for myself. Could not be happier with this location and cannot recommend it enough.

Best pizza we’ve had in quite a while! We don’t normally tipped for pickup. We also don’t normally order Jets but after seeing a commercial last night we went for it today. Other places have been serving up sad pizza with no trace of sauce and the cheese like a tiny garnish even when ordering extra cheese and sauce. Last I knew, cheese didn’t come from chickens so no excuse for the stinginess on other pizza places parts. This pizza from Jets tonight was actually even better than it looked in the commercial which never happens! Delicious! Perfection! I think we will be tipping for carry out in the future with this great product and service!

I really like this Jets, the pizza has flavor, it compares to the store on Vine in Lansing, the S. Cedar store’s pizza is bland. I was very happy to have a good Jets store in Charlotte.
I usually order extra cheese, last time my pizza didn’t have it, so I paid extra for no reason.
This time I think a medium pizza crust was used for a large, it didn’t fill the box like usual and is a lot thinner. Not sure if this is a new change overall or a one time thing.
I am not sure if something has changed at this store since April 2024, but these happenings are deterring me from ordering.

A huge shoutout to our Charlotte Jet’s pizza. We hosted a family gathering yesterday and placed a large order with Jet’s. The speed of service was unreal!! Our pizza’s were fresh, hot and delicious and oh my gosh the salad was AMAZING, very fresh, full of lots of veggies! They sent lots of plastic silverware, napkins, even a bottle of ranch dressing!! WELL DONE JET’S and THANK YOU!!
