Last night (5/18) ordered the XL BrookLyn pepperoni and 16 wings which was $48.37 including delivery fee. Tipped $5 plus the leftover from the $50 I gave the driver. Ate one slice of pizza and about 4 or 5 wings. The pizza taste greasy. Not sure if it’s from the garlic sauce included in the box or the pizza itself. Stomach started feeling funny and I went straight to the bathroom after eating and had loose stool. This morning (5/19) I decided to eat another slice and 2 wings. Back to the bathroom after stomach feeling funny and loose stools. I will call management when they open to let them know.

The employee with the afro was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, unsanitary. Weighted over 10 minutes with the pie on the table for him to cut it into slices, he was dragging his feet, talking to his friend checking his tips, wiping off the counters while I’m still waiting for my food and then touching the food. He should NOT be allowed to run/be the sole employee at a place like this.

So I like ordering my pizza from this location. It’s very close to my job. My last encounter with them was today and the lady who I spole with on the phone was so nasty. I mean she kept cutting me off, not listening to anything I was saying. I believe customer service is important and if you want people to support to business you can’t be rude. It’s not my fault that you don’t have enough workers on staff. If I’m paying for your food, then I expect to be treated with respect. Then I called again to find out the status of my pizza and I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes. Again…poor customer service. I don’t get it. I’m very upset about this. I’ve missed my lunch time and I gotta warm up the pizza that I paid for to be warm. Unacceptable. food is good, service leaves MUCH to be desired.

Made order on Papa John website for delivery. They outsourced the delivery through DoorDash. Never received order called store to inquire. Said over phone they would refund and give me new order. Refused to refund money back or even give back tip that I had tipped on the original order that went to the DoorDash driver. Will never order from here again

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s at least 20 times this year. They have NEVER gotten my order correct, there is ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG OR FORGOTTEN. Even when you call back and complain and they send a free pizza THERE WILL STILL BE PROBLEMS. I am done dealing with these rude idiots. And honestly, the 50% off specials aren’t even that great of a deal. Delivery fee is $3.99 now. Sheesh.

Thanks for the extemely bad experience today. I gave you a third chance but now I need to express my discontent with your service. I do not know where to start….maybe with the hair in my BBQ chicken pizza that actually looked like PUBIC HAIR, because there is no way anyone can shed that much hair. In addition to that, the pizza arrive barely warm, missing my extra garlic sauces, peronccini and a missing chicken wing. I truly hope you get shut down.
