I love Canes. The original location was by LSU and was always there. That being said, the thing that bothers me with this location is that when you have workers at the order stand, having them stand there while the line backs up….does nothing. If you want to be more to the standards of Chick-fil-A, this process needs to be improved. The two females were a big improvement over the two guys that you had located outside last time we drove through. The amount of curse words that were said including F bombs while my window was open with kids was ridiculous, so at least you have more pleasant workers today, BUT sitting by the menu order still does nothing. Take a look at this and please work on improving the process otherwise just stop locating them outside.

We brought a reward coupon for one of my daughters to the window and the other, who had not read as many books, did not have one. I ordered two identical meals, and both Isidro at the drive through and Essence, the manager, wanted to make sure she didn’t feel left out! As a single mom, this was more than a gesture and they are loving their dinner as we are winding down from a night of activities. Food is great and hope they save me a bite! Small gestures are teaching my girls to be amazing! I am sorry big ones across the street, this place has my loyalty for keeping two seven year olds both proud of themselves today!

They need to work on customer service & training their staff better. If not for my child wanting Cane’s, I will choose Chick-fil-A any day of the week and this visit today reminded me why. The African American lady in the red sweater vest has a passive aggressive, major attitude because y’all got my order wrong. Will not return to this location. Smile and have a better day tomorrow! You chose this occupation, not me.

Whether you are looking for Chicken Fingers or squirrels from the Christmas Vacation Movie! This is the place!! Yummy and fun with crispy crunchy fries along with ice cold Dr. Pepper too.
Slow down and have some real food that’s not fast food!!
Very nicely done ✔️

I went to Cane’s yesterday to place an order for my family. I ordered naked chicken tenders but was given fried tenders instead. I called the store to let them know of the mishap. Immediately the situation was resolved. I spoke with the manager, Shay. Shay was professional, accommodating, and I truly appreciate her taken care of the situation. I will continue to patronize Cane’s on 1463 because of how she made good on the mistake. Thank you, Shay, you are a great asset to Canes.

We canes., but people need to use their judgement on food. I order three combo. N yes I got three pieces small chicken. It will not break you to put at least one to two pieces chicken in the box and you know the chicken are small.
Tender are cheap when u buy them bulk.
When you go to chicken express or chick-fli they alway throw extra pieces. In the box. At least you get your money worth.
What I pay at canes. And the amount I got. It should of been a kids meals.
You guys at canes need to do better in Katy off Mason Road.

These are the smallest strips I’ve ever had from Canes. $16 for the box combo is ridiculous.

Grew up eating Raising Cane’s in Louisiana. Used to it was worth it. The chicken, toast, and lemonade were great. You got really good portions , you could barely close the lid on meals, even though it was a little pricey. Now the chicken isn’t as good, prices are absolutely ridiculous (it’s cheaper to get chicken at a dine in restaurant) and the portions are pathetic.

I went through the drive thru today to get my daughter a kids combo. I asked am for ketchup, because my toddler is a ketchup fiend was told they only gave it one per meal. Got the meal home and was sorely disappointed. The chicken tenders, while they tasted okay, the tenders themselves were smaller than my finger. I just can’t rationalize spending so much money on fast food for such tiny portions.
