Our food was delicious – ordered the Ski Jump skillet for myself & Breakfast Sandwich on a croissant with hash browns for my husband. Our server was super kind, helpful, and checked in often. The reason for my 4 star review for service is that we could hear the cooks complaining & arguing with wait staff. It wasn’t super busy & food took longer than expected, but was very good. We will definitely go back!

For an afternoon lunch date it took over an hour for our sandwiches to come to our table. Waiter was very nice, but kitchen staff needs to get it together. It should not take over an hour for a burger and a club sandwich to be made. The restaurant was not busy at all either. The club sandwich looked poorly made and looked like it sat under a warming lamp for a long time before it was served. Lunch meat that clearly looked store bought just taken out of the package and slapped on some toast with veggies, cheese was half melted, half cold. And I know lots of restraint food is store bought, but make it look like you put some effort into it at least.

Where do I start . We just arrived from Chicago today . 5 hrs .
Too late to snowboard, so we cut our losses and decide to get an earlier dinner at 600 pm . In fairness, the manager said the kitchen is backed up and it would be 45 minutes to get our food . We decide to stay . Knowing the wait we ordered cheese curds asap . They came 45 minutes later.
I literally am still waiting here for my burger and wings and it’s creeping on 1:45 minutes . The waitress said we are almost there , 2 tickets ahead of us
Over this span of time , there were only 10 tables. So I’m thinking 10 tables ahead of us . 8 served in 1:30 hours . I assume those 8 had their orders in way before us because they already had drinks and appetizers on the table . So this makes it worse as the wait should have been more like 4 tables ahead ? Idk , at this point I’m not hungry.
There was a moment we were going to the wild saloon instead . We should have done that. Oh well lesson learned .
My advice . Order , go ski or snowboard for 2 hrs, come back , food will be there .
If we would have done the night skiing , which we decided not to do because we would when eaten at 830 at night , we be at the same spot !! LOL. Some days you win, some days you lose . Can’t fight it so just roll with it for now . LOL

We come here every year when up for the summer hoping it will be better but it’s always consistently mediocre at best.
Which is too bad as it has so much potential based on the fact the background is stunning and the dining space is cool, but the restaurant just can’t seem to deliver.
Bar drinks not good, martinis served without olives (or only one) and had to ask for more. Took forever for them to come out and they were not busy.
There are some long-time servers that have been here for years that try and make it a good experience but it just falls short over and over again.
Please make improvements, we really want to see you all succeed!

Waitress came and asked us if we would like to order we said to give us a minute. We waited 30 minutes for her to not come back after watching her talk on the phone and to other people who were not customers we had to ask another waitress to take our order and we were 1 of 2 tables there. When we finally were able to order, the food took a long time to come out and was missing sauce on my burger. The burger is supposed to be a “smashed burger” but the patties were as thick as a 1/3 lb burger and the flavor was terrible with no seasoning whatsoever. At the end she gave us our bill and we had to wait another 20-30 mins for her to actually come back and cash us out. I used to love it there but now i will never go back as this isnt the only time this has happened. Horrible service and food

Ate here a hand full of times in the past and always thought it was “okay.” Recently we stayed the weekend in a condo and ordered a late dinner from there, to our room. Maybe it’s a new cook but we were all very happy. The MARGHERITA FLATBREAD was hands down the best! The kids mini cheeseburgers were also delicious and juicy. The kids fettuccine noodles topped with house made marinara, was okay but nothing outstanding. The deep fried pickles were tasty but needs a bigger cup of ranch. The grilled cheese was good and the chili was decent.

We have been there a few times in the last couple months, this was the last chance we gave and yet again we are displeased. There was one other table there and we waited 30 min to get our order in, had to call another waitress to put in our order. Food was bland and they yet again forgot items in our order. Total wait time for two waters and two burgers was over 2 hours. Used to love this place.

We’ve been here since Thursday and had the same bartender every day…. She is not great… she filled one drink when we asked for a round and never came back for the rest of us… hasn’t rung stuff in… and has sat back there doing nothing and sitting on the counter but yet I had to wave repeatedly to get my husbands beer filled…. I even got food and she handed me a messy burger that was broken and falling apart which was okay but no napkins nothing…. Yah I’m good she shouldn’t be working ski jump weekend sorry.

The 3xtea staff could have handed out menu s and saved this poor waitress a load of time.
She asked for hel0, they left.
I feel so bad for this waitress, Ai feel like I should get up and help her. Customers are looking all around wondering when she can get to them.
