The Dixie burger is so good. I have eaten here multiple times and will continue. It’s a drive-in..and you can see them cooking your food through the windows. Everything is fresh and you can taste it. The toppings are as fresh, not that wilty lettuce or a sliver of questionable tomato. I get the Dixie burger combo with fries which are nice and crispy. (How I like’em) The burgers here remind me of the burgers from my youth, fresh, seasoned and delicious. They don’t just have burgers and I always say I will try the chilli dog, but I love that burger and fries. There are no pictures…I’ll try harder to remember next time.

Kind of a drive up, car hop spot, which worked because we had our dogs. Burgers were done right, tasted fresh and seasoned well. Sides were also above average and seasoned well. We ate at a table by our tailgate, most people were eating in their car or just getting take away. They were busy, but service was friendly.

1. Bag pipe music. What’s the deal? Is it good music played bad or bad music played well? No one can tell. One thing I can tell you is nothing makes my blood boil like the skirl of a bag pipe

A cute little drive in with decent food at average drive-in prices.
Our server was sweet, and our food came out quickly. My Dixie dog was a little on the burnt side, but the sundaes were solid. I do wish that they had true hot fudge rather than just chocolate sauce, but overall it was pretty decent for the price. I would return for a milkshake or something while passing by in the future.

Man dixie dog has the best corndogs youll ever eat i drive 30 miles to get em,, this place is awesome no stupid electronic menu or speaker that barley works a staff member comes out with little to no wait time always super friendly, prices are super reasonable and the portions are large.burgers are big and fresh and filling man i cant say enuf good things bout this place….the corn dogs are my personal favorit tho crispy on the outside with a little hint of sweet in the batter very very good stuff ……..VERY worth while

I’m very disappointed I waited over 30-35 minutes and a tuck had pulled up to me and got their order taken within seconds of pulling up. I still sat waited and still nobody had came to take my order there were females to busy putting make up on on the side of the building and I had called out and said I’m pregnant and I need some food could she have someone come take my order and yet I was ignored.

This restaurant you are only to park around to eat or go through the drive thru. There is no public bathrooms either. But that’s the only down fall. The food is great. And the employees were very friendly. So all in all we will be back. The fried items we will have to try them all.

My husband and I tried Dixie dog probably 2 years ago and it was disgusting… so today we thought we’d try it again… and I’m glad we did… because I’m telling you what… I think it was the best hamburger I’ve ever eaten!
I ordered Double bacon cheeseburger with barbecue sauce… oh my gosh it was the best…. not to mention the seasoned fries we’re really good too…. And the lady that came out took our order… she was so nice!
so yeah I’d recommend going
out and getting you a burger!

I was not expecting much when we were driving through and saw this little drive-in and decided to give it a shot! But they blew my taste buds away! Very good food, fast and friendly! Made our little journey quite pleasant! I’ll definitely stop back there if I’m ever again in the area.
