5/5 most people say their are inconsistencies when it comes to service, sometimes their are more orders therefore it might take longer then usual. Either way… this location is “alright,” obviously I’m not going to say they are better than Pizza Hut. But Donatos is definitely still worth getting from time to time.

This location is going downhill. The service was terrible, young adults that want to play around instead of working. The ingredients on both my items tasted spoiled. This was 2 times in a row my experience was less than good. I guess shame on me for giving them a second chance.

Food was cold when it FINALLY ARRIVED. Ordered online..rcvd confirmation of order and time for delivery. Called 10 min after it was suppose to arrive…-NO ANSWER. At ALL!!! 651pm confirmation…arrived 759pm….We won’t order from there for a very long time if ever!

I’ll just save my money for this quality of food service. Not only was my order wrong and I had to go back to get my *remake* order this is what I received. Quality of food is not what it once was disappointed in tonight’s visit for sure. Should have just took the money credit because these barely sauced boneless chicken wings are not good.

My order was supposed to be ready at 6:02 pm. I waited until 7:07 pm, but my chicken wings weren’t ready, so I had to leave for my part-time job. I dropped off the pizza to my wife and daughter, as it had been sitting under the lamp for over an hour.
While I understand the staff was busy, it’s clear my wings were forgotten when they made the pizza. Unfortunately, when I got home, the pizza was cold and my daughter’s small pizza was burnt. I called for a refund, but only received a credit for the wings.
Given the poor quality of the food and the unacceptable wait time, I believe I should have received credit for the entire meal. I work hard for my money and expect better quality for what I paid. I’m highly disappointed and will be sticking with local restaurants from now on.

I paid extra for balsamic drizzle on my pizza. It is bright red on the tag so the person preparing it would see it. They did not put it on the pizza. The pizza was burnt. My second pizza was raw dough. They ran my sub through the oven with the cold toppings on it and so they were wilted and brown and almost slimy. I’m pretty sure this was an old sub they rewarmed also.
I have worked food service and understand being understaffed and how a dinner rush can be but come on. My order was 55 dollars which is absurd as it is and my food was not good.

I’m here on a busy night waiting happily for my order, any I just wanted to say the staff and management here are spectacular! Very personable! The food is always on point! I drive out of my way to come to this location, worth it!!
