Seminole Barbecue is an absolute gem! I stopped by recently and had their burger, and it was nothing short of amazing. The flavors were incredible—perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with all the right toppings. It’s easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!
The food overall was fresh and delicious, from the sides to the main dish, and you can really tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients.
On top of that, the service was professional and welcoming. The staff made sure everything was just right and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable.

Best BBQ we’ve found in Florida. We are from Kansas City so we definitely are BBQ fans and have been visiting this quaint little place regularly. Don’t let the fact that it’s attached to a gas station deter you. There is a small area for eating in or they offer carryout services. The owner is super nice and told me that many of the recipes are family recipes. Definitely add this place to your list to try!

3 things make this a good bbq joint. The care and craft of the food, the friendly help and the local mom and pop ownership. I would say it is a Carolina style bbq and the quality is good. Prices are very fair and portions were plentiful. They also offer some unique items on the local menu so be ready to change your mind often.

Really good BBQ with great prices too! Stopped at Seminole BBQ Company on a whim while passing through town. I’m glad to say we did! The Beef brisket was tender and generous in portion. The Mac n cheese and baked beans complemented my dinner perfectly! My hubby had the sausage with fries…he said it was all good! My reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is I wish it had a bit more of the smokey flavor that I so love on my BBQ. No matter still amazing! I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area! Thank you Seminole BBQ Company for an amazing lunch!

What a BBQ GEM. As others have said, this is the real deal. We spent 40 years in NC and have been spoiled with great BBQ. Usually disappointed in local fare, but not here. Four of us went last night. We ordered an appetizer (cheese curds) and four dinners two pulled pork, a brisket and a pulled chicken with a selection on sides, Mac N Cheese, Collards, green beans, black eyed peas, bbq beans and everything was fantastic. the owner (Scott) was in the dining room and we learned he was on the BBQ competition circuit for years and OMG it shows. I think of myself as a jr pitmaster and had a great conversation with Scott. There was nothing we had that I thought needed anything. When I said I was partial to eastern style nc BBQ (vinegar based) he produced form of that sauce too. (All 3 of his tables sauces were award winners). Best BBQ we have eaten in FL period. We then ordered the four deserts on the menu – cause we could. Nana pudding, fried Oreos, choros and cowboy doughnuts (fried biscuits with cinnamon sugar), fantastic, but couldn’t finish them. Worth the drive – 10 minutes from UCF and 25 from Winter Springs. Btw Scott sent out some turkey for us to try and also fantastic. Overall a 10, prices were great as were portion sizes, food was fantastic, staff were all great and I learned a few tips from Scott. We will be back. I wish I took some pictures, sorry.

Just picked up lunch from Seminole Bbq…BBQ…. I had the pulled pork sandwich and my son got the brisket cheesesteak sandwich. While he was happy with his order, I had problems with mine. It was dry even though I had cole slaw and sauce on it. Also this was NOT pulled pork it was chunk pork. Thank goodness the collard greens were good….

Stopped in tonight and picked up another great meal. We’ve had the pulled pork, ribs, brisket tacos, and tonight a simple burger that was excellent. Service is always excellent and friendly.
But I wanted to write this review because when I stopped by tonight I saw that the owner had put a little tray of food out for a couple very small stray kittens and was just keeping an eye on them. I love supporting places that do those little things like that! Gives me even more reason to keep coming back again and again.

Seminole BBQ is an amazing place to enjoy authentic barbecue. The food quality is excellent, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Scott, the owner, is an exceptional person who makes every visit special. Definitely a spot you’ll always want to come back to. 100% recommended!

Stopped by this place with a friend who was visiting from out of town and I gotta say it was great. My buddy had the brisket w Mac and cheese, everything was excellent. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was hands down the crispiest, best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. From the bun to the breading and even the pickles it was all delicious. The owner was great too we talked w him for a bit.

If you stop to get gas here then get the brisket too. The food at this joint was hot, fresh, and delicious. We drove 30 min. to get here and it was worth it.
