Ordered 45 minutes before they closed, website said food would arrive 20 minutes before close. Called twice. First time the driver spilled my wings and had to go back. Second time pizza was arriving 10 minutes until close. Opened the box, pizza was uncut. Gave 40$ on a 24$ order for ordering under an hour before close. Had to use scissors to cut my pizza and everything was lukewarm. 5 stars for the laugh, 5 stars for the service. 15$ tip for the 8 minute drive. Would order again

Me and my wife do agree the pizza is good, We have no interest in ordering anything from the Papa Johns in Madison Indiana. The past four times we called to get a couple to of pizzas and bread sticks. We called to tell we said we would pay with our debit card. The manager gets on the, we are shocked by her smug, hateful attitude, she argued with us, treating us with sarcasm, once we understand as she may have been very busy. But we were treated like we were bothering her. The past 4 times we ordered for delivery. We have not ordered from Papa Jons in 5 months and we don’t know if we will order Papa Jons again.

Ordered 3 pizzas, one should have been pepperoni but was bacon and sausage when it arrived. Called to let them know and they said, ” no, you Ordered bacon” so instead of providing any type of customer service they chose to blow me off. I paid for a pizza I didn’t order and had to throw out because we don’t like bacon on pizza. Last time we order from papa johns.

They messed up my pizza and tried to gaslight me about it. Yea, the manager tried to say I ordered some kind of chicken barbeque pizza with pineapple instead of the cheese pizza that I wanted, which by the way is close to the bottom of the page; when the cheese pizza is pretty much at the top page. When a customer says I got the wrong pizza, don’t tell them ; “Well, that’s what you ordered!; and definitely don’t through some receipt at them that could easily be redone, to somehow show them what an idiot they are. Manager must think this 56 year-old man hasn’t been around the block a few times. I know what I ordered, this isn’t my first online order. Nice first impression. I won’t be ordering from them again.

By far the worst tasting, overpriced shitty pizza in town. Delivery charge, plus tip, and they still screwed up the order. Box was left on side porch, partially opened, and forgot the 2 liter. A real hassle calling to get a credit.

I ordered a cheeseburger paradise and some bacon bread sticks. I ordered online to be delivered.
After waiting 90 minute for this order it got here cold, dried out and tasted terrible.
This is not the first time I got cold food, but it will be the last.

Ride Red
Staff is very friendly and delivery drivers are fast. Last time 3 times I ordered here though pizza dough has been undercooked. Just not really a fan of this chain anymore but I know a lot of people like it.
