This is the experience we had with Aqua Terra inside the Seattle Airport Marriott hotel. It is located in the hotel to the left area after entering the double doors of the entrance.

Ambience is always amazing; somewhat quiet but with a bit of small chatters. For dinner we ordered Wagyu beef sliders, Brussels sprouts, Flat break pizza; all amazing, and so is the dessert lava cake with vanilla icecream. For breakfast we ordered BYO omelette, Smoked Salmon Benny w/ fruits, and Belgian Waffles. All delicious.

We’d especially like to recommend the waiters; Vince and Otis G. Vince served us dinner and not only was he knowledgeable with menu items, he recommended the exact amount we needed, was attentive, friendly and courteous until even when the restaurant was about to close. Otis served us breakfast the next morning; he was also friendly, attentive and recommended the perfect menu items for us to enjoy.

It is rare that a restaurant has both amazing food plus outstanding services; and this one definitely earned our hearts.

Because of the amazing services by Vince & Otis, plus the amazing food items, we will continue to return to Aqua Terra as well as the Seattle Airport Marriott hotel. Money well spent. Keep up the good work!

I loved it. My crab and clam chowder and soul were fabulous. I was expecting a mediocre hotel restaurant and got a great experience and fantastic service.

If you stay here grab a meal here. The dining room is elegant and attractive. Care is taken in the food. Five stars all around.

Food was really delicious, and I was caught off guard finding myself impressed with the sides of all things. The cauliflower cake was crispy and divine, all our protein options were delicious as well. At the time of my review most cocktails are $12-16 and dinner options are 18-25 on the low end and 35-50 on the high end.

Keegan our waiter was friendly/awesome, and compliments to the chef.

$23 Dollars for a plain hotel cheeseburger? $9 Dollars for a little piece of garlic bread? You have completely lost your mind the rooms were average. Rather woulda stayed at the Wyndham where atleast you can get a bottle of water rather than paying $6 for one here… you laugh but I’m not kidding people. Complete utter highway robbery on any amenities. Can’t stand Marriotts these days each one is like this. Hilton & Hyatt have always exceeded Marriott by a LONG shot.

To be honest, I was slightly offended by the pricing at this restaurant. It is a hotel restaurant, and I can’t say that the ambiance is amazing or anything like that. That said, it is convenient if you are staying at the Marriott, the service was good, and the food – at least the food that I had, was really delicious.

I started with the clam and crab chowder, which was creamy and had a great flavor. I then had the king salmon in beurre blanc, which was really delicious. It could be that as someone who lives in the Southeast, I just don’t have the opportunity to eat king salmon a lot, but about the fish itself and the way it was prepared was top notch. If you’re staying here and you don’t have a car or you’re just feeling lazy, I would recommend this restaurant. I actually thought of Ubering due to the price of the restaurant, But I realized that with the amount that I would probably spend on Uber, I would just be easier and perhaps cheaper to eat at the hotel.

Heading back to Florida we spent the night at the LaQuinta Hotel.
Sharps Resturant is right around the corner. We decided to give it a try since it was within walking distance.
The food is delicious and definitely five star. Eveything is made fresh.
The service is great and everyone is extremely nice.
They have a great cocktail list and all comes from their family owned winery.
Definitely will be back and would recommend it to anyone in the area. You will not be disapointed.

We decided to go to this restaurant on a lark when we were staying at the hotel. Came here twice and the service was AWFUL! I get that there weren’t many staff to help but on the first day, but we were denied service and the only option was the 21 and up section before ultimately being led back to the normal section. It took us at least ten minutes to even be given water! The food was super good but it was a little overpriced, in my opinion. We thought that maybe because we came late, there wasn’t as much service but when we came in the morning for breakfast, it was even worse. We ended up leaving early because we waited for thirty minutes and no one came to take our order. It took about fifteen minutes to be seated and we had to ask for a menu after another fifteen minutes. We waited in total for about forty minutes and weren’t even served water the whole time! Overall, the service here needs to be improved and the food is fine.

I don’t generally give a review unless the service is bad. Food was fine, over priced for what it was. It was the lack of service in general. One waitress for 7-8 tables
