Every time I go to this location they mess my food up and I send an email to customer service directly through their website with pictures included and customer service NEVER responds to me. I went there yesterday and placed my order a few hours ahead of time so it would be ready at a certain time. I got the pizza with the stuffed crust and pepperoni in the crust. My pizza was supposed to be ready between 4:45-5:55 pm. I stood in the store 20 mins past that time when it was supposed to be ready and they never called my name or put my pizza in the portal. Of course I didn’t check the pizza until I got home and there was no pepperoni in the stuff crust and there wasn’t even any seasonings on the crust. It was cold and hard and it was only a 10 minute drive home. And then the crust was so thin and doughy that when you grab a slice it will rip off a half of another slice which has happened to me at other locations in Akron as well. I used to love little Caesars but I will not be returning to this location because the food is late and messed up every single time and customer service does nothing to try to make it right. Gas station pizza tastes better than what they gave me last night.

2:21 pm on a Thursday afternoon, craving Crazy Puffs. I walk in, “we don’t have any.” Ok, I say and stating what I thought was obvious, I ask, “can you please make some?”
“No.” I try asking why and asked for the manager who wasn’t coming anytime soon. I told the worker again who stood fiddling with himself that I wished to speak with the manager. And then here he comes around the corner slowly, the manager. Once again, I state my wishes for Crazy Puffs. The manager informs me he sold his last few a while ago. I wonder to myself if he’s the reason why there are no Crazy Puffs left. “Can some be made?” “You can get a pizza if you want, the Crazy Puffs will take 45 minutes,” he says. I didn’t want anything else. I came for Crazy Puffs. I don’t even like their food. It’s easy, fast, cheap and often horrible. Check please! Now I’ve never worked in the food industry, but it makes good sense to me that as you are running low on a certain item you begin replenishing it. You do this so a customer doesn’t have to wait 45 minutes for the most popular item you have. It’s called good management.

Every time you go here. No matter what time. They never have anything ” hot and ready ” . It’s always a 10 to 15 minute wait. Then you get a attitude towards you, if you ask what happened to hot & ready. Why should you have to order ahead of time just to get a couple of cheese pizzas?

Ordered dinner online for my kids only to waste time and gas to find out they were closed. I checked my order and it said the order would be ready soon but it showed the next days date and morning time. After trying to cancel the order and setting my alarm for the next morning to call and cancel before the order was processed and prepared, I called several times and got an error code 482 and was hung up on. I read my email that my order was being prepared during the exact times I tried calling only to receive another email that says the order is ready. I still didn’t get through to an actual human. I never picked up the food because I never meant to order their dinner to have for breakfast. I fianlly got through that evening and spoke to a female who had no knowledge about the order that I spoke to her about. She gave me an 800 number to call. That number was for delivery orders only and I was told to try calling the next business day. I did just that to speak with a male who I explained everything to. He advised that I should have called to cancel the order in which I just explained that I tried calling since 9:42 am. He then goes onto to using excuses about how busy they were and how the new phone service they installed is wonky. He contradicted his own advice to me. I asked to speak to somebody thats above him and he claims to be the store manager. He tells me they are not giving me a refund and offers me a free pizza. My order was for 2 pizzas and crazy bread. He claims he’s going out of his way to offer a free pizza and keep the $14.97 that we never even received and obviously couldn’t cancel. This place is a joke and I would never recommend using a card for any transaction in case you run into any issues because they’ll steal your money and blame you for why they didn’t answer their phone or cancel the order. The store manager is obviously not good at doing his job as far as customer service goes or making things right. I wonder how he treats his employees. I didn’t want to include this being petty but the place always smells like Marijuana and the younger employees are always playing loud music. Get it together and be a real manager not trying to be a cool guy to keep the young employees around to help you make more money to put into your selfish greedy pockets

Ordered a large Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni, and an order of Crazy Bread and Crazy Sauce. I ordered on the app and used the .99 cent Crazy Bread Promo. Everything was hot and fresh, and tasted fine. I know this place gets a bad rap, but for what you are paying I don’t know how you complain. I will order again when I’m in the mood for an affordable pizza.

So my pizza wasn’t ready when I got here. There was no room to park in the front die to everyone waiting. So I pull back around in the drive thru just to wait literally another 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged by a worker because the were to busy talking, and not about another oder because the window was open, just for my pizza to actually be done and sitting there. And once I got home it even tastes like it was just sitting there not made fresh.

Clayton from Little Ceasers on Leland Ave was absolutely amazing. I was in a rush to host a party for my grandkids at my home and he ensured that my order was done in time. The pizza was fresh and hot. This was all done with an amazing smile and great attitude.

The manager of this store, Clayton, was dealing with a situation involving a young lady who was very upset and had all her belongings with her. Upon entering the store, he was using a calm voice to tell her he would help her figure things out. He asked her who he could call and offered to provide assistance with locating some help. I offered the names of a few places, and she said she had already checked with them. He got on the phone to call Akron Police as a recommended, and after I left I was able to ask a friend about a local shelter that had a bed available and called back to let Clayton know. He did a wonderful job providing support while carrying on business. He should be commended for his caring attitude.

This location is ridiculous. They never have pizzas ready for customers to buy regularly. “Hot and ready” apparently means sitting in line for 10 minutes just to be told they have no pizzas and it would be a 15-20 minute wait. 3 separate occasions in the last month to have the same experience.

Pizza was a little over cooked. However, Devon one of the associates was quick to fix it and was very understanding and respectful. Devon made me change my mind of little Caesars and now we go often.
