Basically, this place is trash. Worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. Overpriced mediocre food. Chicken sandwich is nasty, tots are old, burger is dry. Just save your money and go somewhere else.

The food and drinks were absolutely disgusting, it took them 30 minutes to bring it out just for it to be completely unacceptable. They didn’t even try to make any of it presentable, and all of the employees (including the manager) had a nasty attitude. I will never be returning here again.

Slushies were great, but I now have a damaged tire and rim. Maria Lopez was very rude on the phone about the situation. The pothole is clearly freshly in bad shape , the gm refused to admit that claiming there’s nothing she can do. Sonic has enough money to fix a pothole, that’s why they have insurance. There’s a million other sonics save your tires.

The food is ok, but the fries and tots are loaded with so much sodium it could send your blood pressure through the roof. Just look at all the salt on that one fry. I have only ordered food during the 2nd shift hours. They really need to fire the person working on fries. I know fries are loaded with salt, but these people got ridiculous with it. I recommend eating elsewhere.

I ordered a chili cheese dog and a large sweet tea. Light ice add peach syrup. They filled my cup to the brim with ice and then I had to go through the drive-through to ask for a fork because I didn’t receive a fork with my chili cheese dog and then had to wait 10 minutes for said fork.

So now there has been a corporate report made I want to post about a scary thing that happened to me; well us last night… we stopped at sonic on Airport road in Dalton last night for something sweet. I had ordered a brownie blast and Kevin ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. We received our items and his milkshake was full of salt. Almost like they dumped a container of it in the botoom of his shake; when we asked for a replacement they said they wouldn’t be doing so… (this isn’t the scary part). So I began to eat my brownie blast and low and behold. They had also put in Reese cups or soemthing with peanut butter and I begin to have an immediate severe allergic reaction…. Come to find out it was full of peanut butter stuff in the bottom; I spoke with management this morning which result in my getting cussed out it. Called a liar. And was told it was probably the employees just playing a prank. When I asked for corporates number she gave me her husbands phone number which was a 706 area code; I knew right then she hadn’t gave me what I asked for. So I called the other store and got it and made a report. The woman from corporate has already emailed me and checked in on me and such and giving me updates of my report; which I greatly appreciate; however. This manager at the sonic this morning did not handle this at all how she should have; and if your employees are playing pranks like that; then you need to get a stop put to it. Not laugh about it and try to excuse it. Also I’ve always been able to eat their brownie things. I know things can become cross contaminated; but this wasn’t the case. They put brownies and chocolate peanut butter chunks both in it when it wasn’t asked for. I’m highly upset; and thankfully we were able to get medicine in me quickly or it would’ve been a whole different story today!

Came to get lunch. Fries were cold the grilled chicken sandwich. I order my hamburger without onions and there was onions on it. There was no napkins in the bag. The food was cold except for the tater tots.

Worst sonic I’ve ever been to just because of the service getting yelled at through the drive-through window because she couldn’t hear my order was not on my bucket list for tonight. She had the worst attitude that I’ve ever heard out of somebody that works at fast food. I understand there’s gonna be bad nights, but yelling at customers because you can’t hear their order is not acceptable.

I see I left a good review for this place 2 years ago but I went there this morning and ordered 2 sonic cheeseburger meals and it was awful. The tator tots was hard and just crumbled and had nothing and nothing inside. They tasted like they had been setting for a while and it was around 9:00 am when I was there so they should have been fresh. The Dr pepper had way to much carbonation init that I couldn’t even drink it. The burger was okay but not as good as it usually is. I’m very disappointed in this location. Would like to see them do better.

Wait time just for someone to take your order is ridiculous. Most of the time I wind up driving off due to no one answering the drive thru or call button from parking stall.
