I ordered Mac and Cheese at around 5pm and didn’t notice til I got home that what I received had expired at 8am, which explains why it tasted funny. Also, I pay $1.29 for a cup of cheese sauce that’s only 1/2 full on multiple occasions. Do better. I walked in to pick up my order to see probably 10 people behind the counter, all of whom ignored me until someone emerged from the back to hand me my order. If you have employees who aren’t able to serve customers, keep them in the back. It doesn’t feel good to be ignored

Very happy after using the drive thru tonight to find the carbonation on the pop has been fixed! It has always been flat at this location both inside the store and drive up. This was the only downfall of this location. Thanks for fixing it! We will definitely be back!

Culver’s is usually top notch for a fast food provider! I had the 10pc Shrimp Dinner for lunch and it was very good! One thing all of the Culver’s need work on, is everything is in your sack when you leave the drive-thru!

Came in here for lunch on Jan 8. Ordered a milk and mashed potatoes and Gravy at 12:46pm. Food wasn’t brought out untill 1 pm. Unreal and not busy here. Never coming here again

I had a wonderful experience today! I was greeted upon entering by Arcelia. Her name tag identified her as the team leader and I think that’s a great choice of leadership. There was a disabled woman ahead of me who required some repetition and extra time as she ordered, Arcelia was very kind and patient and didn’t patronize her. As the family member of a disabled person who also needs extra time to order etc, I’ve been on the receiving end of less-than-stellar service. I’m so impressed and grateful for the care that she showed this customer. She also welcomed every customer entering and thanked every one leaving. Please let her know I’m impressed and grateful for her and her customer service.
