This Dunkin’ order was a total win and felt like a step beyond the usual routine. I went with a hot cappuccino with a hazelnut shot and oat milk, and it was excellent—strong, smooth, and aromatic, with the hazelnut adding flavor without turning it sweet. A really satisfying coffee choice.
The sourdough breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and white cheddar was hearty and well put together. The sourdough gave it a nice texture and made it feel more substantial than the standard options. I also grabbed a French cruller, which was light and airy, and it paired surprisingly well with the coffee.
To round it out, the Snackin’ Bacon was a fun addition—salty, crisp, and easy to enjoy on the side. Everything came out fresh and exactly as ordered, and the balance between savory and sweet was spot on.
Overall, this was a thoughtfully put-together order and a great Dunkin’ experience. I’d happily get this combo again at Dunkin’.

So I went thru the drive thru for a small coffee with 1 creme and 3 sugers…the first cup was filled with curdled creme….so I turned around, went back thru the drive thru..and let them know the problem after a 4 min huddle over the new cup…the gentleman said here’s a new cup I will let them know…this is what he gave me….

I couldn’t figure out what happened…this is the second time I have been to this location, the first time, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a matcha. This time I was overcharged…and I still think I didn’t get the correct amount of money back. The guy at the drive thru had to get someone else to assist, and they still couldn’t figure it out. I ordered a large iced coffee and two donuts, and was charged over 11.00. I’m still trying for figure this out, I was asked if I had a gift card, and they could put the difference back on that, I was asked to come back tomorrow, and I can get another coffee at no charge. I just want the problem corrected. They turned around and gave me 4.00. I tried to give this one another chance, it looks like I’ll be going somewhere else to get my coffee, since they can’t charge anything right

This is NOT a medium iced coffee! I ordered a MEDIUM DRINK and wanted ice on the side so it’s not watered down and THIS IS WHAT WE GET? I will be reaching out to corporate for sure because this is stealing! I am extremely disappointed you go to Starbucks this is NOT what you get. Terrible and scummy of them to do such a thing! So basically a medium is a small loaded with ice!? Will not be coming back to any DDs now! Added photo that even with ice its NOT a medium

I always order a Carmel cold brew with sweet foam whenever I come to Dunkin Donuts. I have a mild intolerance to chocolate syrup. Why I don’t know but this Dunkin donuts messed up my order and gave a chocolate foam instead of the regular sweet foam. I asked them to re-make it and they told us to move to the front while they did. They give me my order and they just scrapped the chocolate out and added the sweet foam. I can not drink this now. This place is completely careless. So people who have allergies and come here beware because they just remove the allergen and give you the same product.. The next person will not be as lucky as me and go into anaphylaxis shock.

Absolutely my favorite Dunkin to go to! Everyone there is very kind and I have never had any issues here! It is especially nice since they know me now and remember my order 🙂 definitely recommend this location!

Horrible. workers in the back burned the hash-brown to the point where it was basically charred. I don’t understand why, it’s not like they’re making it fresh. They literally microwaved it. Get better and don’t give burnt food to customers.
