Staff was not friendly or holding up the Starbucks standard. I’ve been to so many locations all over Oregon and by far this one was the worst. They messed up my lemonade refresher by not even adding the lemonade. Then the bakery items we ordered weren’t even taken out of the packaging and put into a Starbucks food bag like it should be. These employees were just being lazy and had a negative attitude the whole time while we were in the store.

Very polite and quick service from this Starbucks location. There was some purple haired lady in the lobby not wearing a mask and screaming at someone elses child and ramming her cart into the counter which the staff reacted pretty professional to given the situation.

I ordered a hot iced coffee and it had no ice. Frankly, if you ask me I say it was better back in the good old days. Taxes were lower, the IRA wasn’t after me, and you could get a hotdog for 1.99 at the barbershop. It was good, and all were happy. Sure, the floors are clean and my phone has more storage, but where’s the sense of customer satisfaction gone? It was Abraham Lincoln himself who said, “The customer is always right.” Bing bong

I have a huge tolerance during Covid for retail/restaurant associates.. This was the worst experience i have ever had at a Starbucks.. Came in, not greeted when i came in, but that’s ok, two associates behind the bar. 8/19 at 9:15am. Friendly banter exchanged, ordered my coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Went and sat down waiting and waiting and waiting while i got to listen to the complaints about what other associates don’t do. Just sitting here, expecting someone to let me know that my order was ready…… Waiting and waiting…i look over and they are just busy cleaning…… Finally i get up and my order is just sitting on the counter getting cold. I can’t see the pick up counter from the seat by the window… ALL the Starbucks i go to call out your order when it’s done..
I have a tremendous amount of patience, but that right there….$$@&?! Customer service… If i could take back the tip i placed in their tip container i would….aaaarrrrggghhhhh…

It’s Starbucks, while there used to be 3 of them in Tillamook (Really?) this ones been around for a while. The staff are polite enough, but we’ve had a couple of interactions where they seemed to be put off by the fact that we were ordering tea and not a coffee.

The service while friendly needs management help, for a Starbucks franchise level it was embarrassing having more then 12 customers waiting in line at one time. They got their order in but it was slow. They also forgot my mint flavoring.
