Social Profile:

Ceremony Brewing started with a love for craft beer and grew into an obsession with homebrewing. As a native to Southwest Florida and Bonita Springs resident, I wanted to create the concept I longed for while growing up here. Ceremony Brewing is a reflection of myself and the staff that call it home. We believe in quality beer, experimental ingredients, adventures palates, friends, community, art, equality, and heavy metal. We hope you enjoy it as well.

I absolutely love this place. They have a great selection of beers including sours and IPAs – every one I’ve tried has been excellent. They have pool tables, and plenty of places to hang out inside and outside. It’s under renovation right now, but I went back to support them and can’t wait for the new space to be completed. The whole vibe of this spot is awesome. They have lots of themed nights and are clearly creating a special community space that is much needed! Love the music, love the beer, come check this place out!!

I freaking LOVE this brewery. Independent, local and making some amazing beers! So proud and happy for the team at Ceremony that they expanded recently as well! Couldn’t have happened to a better group of people. Love the events that they put on as well. Definitely would be a regular at this space if I lived closer. Definitely coming hungry next time too. The food looks fire!!!

Stopped in to give it a try and we were not disappointed! Nice place! Plenty of space, nice seating. We tried 5 of their 10 beers and they were excellent! They offer wine and guest handles as well. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend checking this brewery out!

Surprisingly, my first time visiting Ceremony despite all the praise online that I’ve seen. Needless to say, it lived up to the hype. I had a corn lager (not pictured), two different IPAs, and the barleywine. All were excellent for their style. The bartender was also very attentive and friendly. The place itself has a nice mojo, and the food was great too. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Probably the best beer in this part of SW Florida.

Wow! What a fabulous brewery. Make this one of your first stops when you visit the area. Lots of taps, with about half their own, and half guest. Be sure to get a flight so you can try at all their own beers. Their personal beers are a fabulous concoction of unique brewed flavors – lemon drop cookies, Oreos, raisin w/ cinnamon. My favorite was the lemon drop cookie. Very loungey atmosphere and friendly staff.

Really great place and very accommodating. Their beer was top shelf across the board.. and I tested half of what was on the board . I’m not an IPA fan, but my wife is. She said the IPAs were off the chain. I tried many of the sour beers and the stout. All were PHENOMENAL. it’s so rare to get to try so many sours in one place. They were perfectly balanced as a good sour should be. The stout was malty, dark colored, yet light on the stomach all at the same time.. again the balance was phenomenal. I DID taste the Pale Horse IPA at my wife’s insistence.. I could actually drink it! Still not a huge IPA fan, but it’s incredibly rare for me to be able to even sip one without making a “yuck face”. It was pretty good.. for an IPA . Will definitely be coming back here to try the beers I missed and any new ones added to the menu

Another great asset in historic downtown Bonita Springs. Very creative beer recipes. Indoor and patio seating. Walkable from other venues along the downtown strip. Great spot for small groups to meetup. Always a food truck on site.

Understandably it was a busy night due to it being Halloween. My BF and I arrived just before 8 pm and the crowd was small at this hour. Ordering drinks from the bar as usual giving my order for 2 beers and asked for a tab to be started. We noticed it was getting busy and wanted 2 more beers around 9. After sitting at the bar watching the owner see me, and taking drink orders from the guy next to me, get his drinks then leave the bar area I finally asked if the line that was forming around me was for drink ordering. She said yep, you gotta get in line. I decided to skip the line and wanted to cash out. I was told I didn’t have a tab so she says “lucky you” when I checked today I have a charge on my CC for nearly 19$. either the beer is really expensive or someone decides on the amount of tip to they should receive, without your consent. Either way just watch your $$
Disappointed
