I’m on a business trip in the area and I’m looking for somewhere to eat lunch nearby. I found a food truck and ordered pork ribs with rice. It’s good, and they have outdoor seating so it’s easy to eat and go.

This is by far the best food truck in the DMV area! I’ve been coming here for years and always get the Carne asada platter which is to die for. Today was my first time trying the birria quesadilla and I must say that I’ve never had one that tasted this good On a scale of 0-10 I say 1,000,000

Whenever I’m in the mood for some fresh hot carne asada or some street tacos, this is the place to go in North Laurel / Jessup.
My favorite is the carne asada platter ($12, pic) which comes with rice, beans & pico. I have them hold the beans and I get double pico delicious with the steak and the rice.
I’ve also had their chicken tacos which were great and they have a lot more to offer but it’s hard to pass up the carne asada when I go there.
The only tricky thing with this place is it’s on Rt 1 southbound, getting in and out you better be quick. And parking is tight, don’t be afraid to back up all the way to the edge of the hill but stay on an angle so you can get out.
Also, picnic tables that are covered are perfect for good weather days.

Wouldn’t have found this gem without Google maps, kind of hidden entrance on busy road. The food was incredible. I tried the Carne Asada tacos, and they did not disappoint, very authentic food being served here. Inhaled a taco before I thought to pause and take a picture.

This is the best Mexican food in the DMV to me. I use to work in this area. But now I have a new job I have to make a special. Everytime it’s worth it. The way the food is seasoned it makes me feel like I am in SoCal.

We love this food truck! Been coming for years and my favorite is still the mixed platter, which has a combo of beef and pork ribs, steak, and chicken, all over rice with beans and salsa on the side. I’m not sure if it’s listed on the menu anymore, but it is by far my favorite dish! Food tastes fresh and is cooked to perfection. The tortillas are wonderful- thick like ones you’d get in El Salvador- and the pupusas are on point. It has the flavor of real, home cooked food and I find that hard to come by in restaurants and food trucks. So delicious! No matter when I order, it never takes longer than 10 minutes and they now take credit cards, which is a plus. This is a hidden gem in Howard County. There are tables if you’d like to stay and eat, but the road noise is loud, so we most often carry out. If you haven’t been here yet, I highly recommend you give it a try!

Great food truck serving a relatively wide variety of Mexican and Salvadoran food. We’ve gotten food from the establishment on a number of occasions.

The tacos are decent; carne asada is really, really good and the pupusas are fantastic (probably the best in the area). The pupusas alone warrant the five stars in our book!

Service is great for a food truck; they take care of you and don’t skimp on sides like curtido.

They only take cash, which for me is a bit of a nuisance but not a deal breaker at all.

PRO TIP – The small parking are right in front of the food truck is usually packed and it’s hard to get in and out of. INSTEAD, park in the lot behind the food truck; it’s usually empty and it’s no more than a 2 minute walk.

Stopped after getting my car looked at, at DR Auto, and was finished at lunch time. Rick suggested it, and I’m BEYOND grateful! 3 steak/3 chicken tacos and a cheese & veggie quesadilla. Best. Food. EVER!! Never been so happy to have a damn good food truck, within walking distance!
