City Bites is an absolute MUST every time we’re up from Texas — it’s become a tradition at this point.

My wife and I both ordered the California Club and WOW… fresh, flavorful, and stacked just right . We also split a Turkey Loaded Baked Potato and it was AMAZING — rich, hearty, and incredibly satisfying .

Drinks were perfect too — Dr Pepper for me ❤️ and Pepsi for her .

And let’s talk dessert… the pumpkin cookies are hands-down some of the BEST cookies around. Soft, flavorful, and totally addictive .

Every visit reminds us why we love City Bites so much — incredible food, consistent quality, and always worth the stop ✨
⭐️ 5 stars all day!

This was my first visit to City Bites, then we went back 2 days later and got it go! We went for dinner on a Thursday night and it wasn’t busy but it was on Saturday. I love that they have a drive thru and they have a reasonable / fair price point! We’ll go back again!

Came here today, June 19th 2022, at around 2:20pm. We ordered one California melt with no tomato and one California club with no mayonnaise at the drive thru. We received 2 California melts and no club, so I called and asked if it could be remade before driving back to the location. Whoever I spoke to on the phone (didn’t give a name) told me I could get the sandwich I paid $12 for if I could get there “in time” as it as about 5 minutes before closing when I called. This alone irks me because as a restaurant, customer service should be one of your top priorities and telling a customer they need to rush to get their food that you messed up on is just wrong. Then, I get there to pick up the corrected order and there’s still an entire family eating in the restaurant but the “open” sign is turned off and a sign in front of the doors as if the staff just itching to close the restaurant. It was literally exactly 3 o’clock (their Sunday closing time), I watched the clock change from 2:59 to 3:00 as I pulled in. I certainly don’t expect you all to stay open well past closing, but again, it’s just not good customer service to discourage customers from coming in and to close with patrons still eating. To top it all off, I get home and my sandwich is lathered in mayonnaise even though I had told the person on the phone that mayonnaise is the only thing I want removed from the sandwich. That is what is pictured. All in all, a very disappointing experience in which I felt rushed and unappreciated.

Good food and friendly staff. Their baked potatoes are really good. Snickerdoodle cookies are my favorite.

I got to say this is one of the best baked potatoes I have had in a restaurant. Definitely order a sandwich OR a potato because it’s too much to do both. I definitely recommend this place

I know many people come to City Bites for the sandwiches or even the cookies, but the often overlooked Stuffed Baked Potatoes are just incredible, and the generous portion lasts me two meals. My favorite is the Turkey variety, with grilled turkey breast, bacon, City Bites’ house ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, and margarine. It’s exceptionally satisfying and filling, especially on colder days when you really want a substantial hot meal.

Went through the drive through for a large Italian on sun dried tomato bread. Two care ahead of me. Was greeted promptly for my order. Only took maybe 5 minutes to receive my sandwich. The food was great! Very filling, loaded, and fresh! Will be back to try the other sandwiches.

When I got to the drive through line there were three cars ahead of me. After about 5 minutes with no movement, two cars ahead backed up and left then I was next in line. My order was taken, the car at the drive through window left so I moved to the window and paid for my order. It seemed like an eternity before my order was ready. There was no apology or explanation for the wait. I got my order and left. I must say though that their food is great, just really slow service. Maybe going inside instead of the drive through is a better option.
