i love their coffee flavor with almond topping i always get the same but my experience at antioch branch on 8th Feb 2026 between 4 30 to 5 pm, it hadn’t been very pleasant, both the servers were very unfriendly, when we entered, one of them said something like she is talking to someone else, no eye contact and no greeting. we waited for her to repeat but she didnt bother. we got 2 gotta have it and 1 like it. i love almonds with coffee.
she didn’t put enough mixins as per the quantity when we asked she said pay extra dollar.
we moved on to payment, there she was constantly scanning our faces 1 by 1 as we are aliens and while we are discussing something she constantly made bad faces very visibly.
cold stone must train their staff about diversity and dealing with a wide variety of customers.
this branch has diversity issues
