The vada pav was super fresh, and the flavors were spot on. The owner personally shared that everything is house-made, including the ladi pav, pav bhaji masala, and srikhand, which really shows in the taste and quality.
The owner is a very nice and welcoming person, making the whole experience even better. Their vada pav tastes just like India, and I absolutely loved the soft, fresh ladi pav.
Highly recommend this place if you’re craving authentic Indian street food! ✨
I tried these dishes and here’s my rating on scale of 5:
Classic Vada pav with Churra 1000/5
Tawa pulav 4/5
Shrikhand 500/5 (tooooo good!!)
Dabeli 3.5/5
Mango milkshake 4/5
It’s a food truck so no dine-in available. Due to weather in PNW (aka rains) I’ve always have food in my car. The taste takes me back to Mumbai / Pune. Pure vibes.. rains, hot Vada pav… bliss ♥️
I had the Szechuan flavored one and the Samosa and the mango lassi. I recommend it all.
I highly highly recommend trying and I’ll definitely will be back.
The pav was homemade, soft and fresh, and the vada was perfectly crunchy, spicy and flavourful. Great Maharashtrian flavour at a very affordable price.
There’s plenty of parking available, though no seating nearby but totally worth stopping by for a quick bite.
Every bite took me straight back to India. Also it was lovely taking with Malhar specially in Gujarati Really very warn humble & hardworking person.
The vada pav is hands down the best I’ve had outside Mumbai—crispy, spicy, and full of flavor, just the way it should be. The usal pav was perfectly cooked, with that comforting, homestyle taste that reminded me of my childhood. And don’t even get me started on the dabeli—soft pav, delicious masala, crunchy peanuts…it was pure nostalgia.
You can tell they put so much love and care into every dish. This food truck doesn’t just serve food—it brings back memories of home. If you’re missing India, you have to try it. Highly recommended!
Skip the chura ($0.99 extra) as it didn’t add much to the flavor and wasn’t worth the extra $. A little pricey considering the size of the vada but tasted fresh and will repeat.
The samosa puff was good — exactly what it sounds like.
Unfortunately, the tawa pulao didn’t live up to its name. It would be more accurate to simply call it pulao.
