El Pulpo is an absolute gem. The owner is such a kind and welcoming lady, which makes the experience even better. The food is amazing, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. And the habanero salsa? Seriously incredible—spicy, fresh, and addictive. 10/10 for sure, I’ll definitely be back!

We tried this for the first time today on a recommendation from a friend. Most of the food was great. The ceviche is what kept me from giving 5 stars – it tasted like they used old lime juice, extra bitter. The service was not great. We had to ask for things several times before we got them. The shrimp cocktail was great. The garlic shrimp were also excellent. We plan to go back, hopefully this was just an off day.

Delicious I got camarones zarandeados they were good! rice didnt have any flavor to it, and it was just a salad on the side nothing special but I did love the shrimp, had camarones ala diabla too not as spicy as they should have been had a sweet taste to it too but it was delicious the sauce was really good! parking is in the back a bit tight but do able, there was tables available not busy at all for a saturday night
they had a live band that was playing, they were good no complaints!! definitely asking people for song recommendations and all they played was good songs they werent bad! the waitresses were fast and efficient and on top of everything they were nice and made my paloma drink very good!

Went during a live performance it was pretty incredible atmosphere and food. The only thing is they don’t clean the shrimp. But flavors and portion is all there! Definitely recommend.

This was our first time at this restaurant & Nayeli, our service repeatedly lied about our total amount and other details. When we were ready to pay, I asked her if gratuity was included & she said, “No.” She stated she couldn’t print our itemized receipt—to take the receipt that only showed the total amount. I trusted her word & still tipped her 20%. Because the bill was so high for only 2 people, we returned to get the prices of each item & she then said she made a mistake & added the 18% gratuity to our bill & mistaken us with another table of 4—again, it was only 2 of us. She then said she called her manager & the manager gave her a code to access the receipts. As I was reviewing the receipt—she quickly said, “I can give you the 18% back.” We said, “No, we just wanted to see why our bill was so high but we also asked you these questions and you continued to deflect saying the machine was down, you didn’t know how to get back to the receipts and I also asked about the gratuity from the beginning.”
I asked her for her managers name and she stayed silent and said,
“Umm, her name is on the receipt.”
I said, “The receipt says Server: Nayeli.”
Nayeli said, “Oh, that’s not my name. My name is Reina and my Managers name is Nayeli.”
Nayeli is not a trustworthy employee. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional and I can only imagine how many other guests she has done this too. This was a very upsetting experience because I always try to do my part as a customer & tip my 20%. I understand people have their own bills & families to support but this is a complete breach of trust & security. She’s a liability to this restaurant.

My friends and I enjoyed the Molcajetazo Al chipotle, empanadas and ceviche. We loved everything. The drinks were great and we had a fun time. We loved our server Lupe. She did a great job helping navigate the menu. We will be back soon.

I’ve gone here twice–best Mexican seafood in the area handsdown. Gone twice already and the Platillo de Langostinos is amazing. My family usually gets the huge molcajete which is massive and also amazing. This place has more meat and more seasoning with less grease compared to the other places in the area. Music on Fridays is great and their micheladas are huge!
Customer service has been great. Very kind. Very attentive. Food also comes out faster than the other places I’ve been around here.
