Ordered an 8 piece family box and a tender combo. The chicken was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the parking lot was kind of dark when we pulled up. Recommend some improved lighting so customers feel safe when entering and exiting the restaurant at night.

I actually had a really great visit here. The cashier was kind, the food was great. My only complaint was the macaroni wasn’t hot.

Spent $27 on an order went to pick it up and didn’t get it reordered it. We never got a refund so we spent $54 on three biscuits in a hash brown. Bojangles still owes us 27 dollars in either food out cash. There’s no way to contact them online have a third party system of some kind that’s not functional. They ask you to send in a return request that they do not respond to. Stuff’s already expensive but $54 is out of the question for three biscuits and a tater tot guys.

We stopped here on a whim!!! Omg, this place was excellent!!! I was looking at the staff they were CLEAN and PROFESSIONALLY dressed. They were smiling and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I stopped going to the one in Hampton because the staff looked so unhappy. Unhappy staff yucky food. This new Bojangles the food was so good, reminded me of the original Bojangles recipe.

I haven’t been here since they first opened. They had terrible customer service then & it’s still terrible. I was there 10/04/25 10:15am. They got my order wrong. I called them repeatedly & no answer. So I went back & waited in the drive thru. No apology nothing. The entire transaction not a word. I thought I’d give them another chance but never again.
