As I was walking out I mentioned to my daughter how absolutely nice the staff was. I brought my own Starbucks tumbler to put my drink in and they were so nice about it. (Some places have been awkward in the past.) They asked me how I prefer it in my cup and even bright my drinks right to me since I was standing to the side instead of just setting them out. I love going to this Starbucks.

I come to this location daily and order the same drink every time, yet it’s consistently made incorrectly. As a regular customer, that’s frustrating. I also notice a difference in how I’m treated compared to others — the attitude is unnecessary when I politely ask for my drink to be fixed. I pay like everyone else and expect the same level of respect and customer service. Unfortunately, this has been the worst location I’ve visited.

This morning the short girl with eye glasses at the drive thru forgot to give me one of my drinks. When I asked her for it, she rolled her eyes and rudely close the window without apologizing or any words. I waited for her to see me and open the window again to let her know that in that situation she should’ve apologized, but she completely refused to apologize to me. I shop at this store daily and I must say something has changed. I don’t normally make it a point to go online and write reviews however I feel this is something I need to shout out. The store has always been an ok experience. I have had it take a while to get my order and I’ve had my order be wrong. Within the past few weeks the energy has changed. My orders are flying out the window to me, the orders are 100% accurate and the customer service has been top notch. Very clean store, peaceful atmosphere, plenty of seating compared to other Starbucks. Baristas greeted me and were very nice. I enjoy coming here anytime I am near Radcliff. As a veteran, I can appreciate the decorations and wall of heroes on display. Definitely recommend. The manager was very helpful when I had a question, and she is also a military spouse, which was a nice hidden touch.
