Wow, we were less than impressed with our order because our pizza crust was burnt and instead of mushrooms we got cauliflower. The manager on staff reached out to us to apologize and offered a refund. I mean WOW! Customer service like that is amazing and so unexpected. And in so being we will definitely give them another try. Thank you Taylor Street Pizza!

My experience here was awesome. The cheesy garlic bread tasted great. There wasn’t much of a wait. The cheese was nicely melted and stringy. The fries were very nice and crispy. The chicken bites were nice crispy. The thin crust was very good. Will probably come again.

The lady who answers the calls is rude as hell ( and a little slow ) but hey when I got there it seemed super friendly and I got my slice payed than left, I went into the car and found a MONSTROSITY of a pizza slice, cheese wasent browned yet the crust was burnt? I went back in said the slice isn’t what I expected got a different one and it was completely different looking ( and the lady said what’s the difference like come on did u look at it when they or you made it open the box before you throw it out in half a second bc I had a complaint ) they’ve really declineed overs the past few years.

So I work in Geneva and on my way home I saw this spot. I decided to call in my order for pick up which all went well. Took the food home and started eating. Everything was good until…..there were feathers still on the chicken wings yeah feathers. That just destroyed my appetite. I have never seen this before. On the upside the pizza was ok. No tail on the beef.
