Best sandwich spot in El Cajon city hands-down comes with donuts and chips and a variety of drinks to choose from one time. I forgot my bag of chips and called in and the manager told me I can come in whenever I like she knows my face and we’re good customers. Great customer service thank you ladies thank you and you get to take a picture. It’s like a cop shop theme!!!!

A division of Mary’s Donuts. As in all of Mary’s locations, the donuts are fresh, tasty, and fairly priced. Boston cream is my favorite. Their coffee is very good also and not overpriced. This location also has a deli, so it makes this a perfect stop at any time of the day. As is the case at their other locations, their staff is very friendly. Lookout Starbucks, Mary’s is in town! — Just tried the Misdemeanor sandwich (Roast beef, cheddar cheese, cilantro spread, garlic aioli, red onion, horseradish) on marble rye bread. An excellent sandwich with good tender roast beef, but a bit pricey.

Stopped in while getting my bike serviced near by. Very friendly staff, quick and easy to order.
Everything came out promptly. Got the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. Super tasty. Also got an Iced Coffee, it’s a darker roast than I normally prefer, but not bad.
I don’t live in the area but would stop by again if I happen to be close by.

So, I’m at the courthouse bored as heck, and now it’s lunch time. I decided to walk around and found this beauty of a gem called Main Street Doughnuts and Deli.
I was stopped by the whimsical menu that gave me options from the ‘jail bird’ ,to ‘the judge’. I went for the ‘right to remain cilantro’ and I’m blown away from the first bite. Thank you, thank you for your easy menu. I enjoyed the interactions with the employees as much as I did the food. I purchased a small jar of honey which is delicious. I highly recommend this small eatery with a huge heart. this place!

The MOISTEST muffins around! Even a day later still moist! So many great sandwich creations, all boasting with flavor. This was the Club on French Roll. Also amazing croissants. The staff bring us so much Joy because they are always so nice!
