this franchise needs all new staff. every time i order, there is always something completely wrong with my order, whether it be no condiments, no toppings, or uncut meat and cheese for my salad. please fix this issue!!!

The employees were fighting the hole time yelling at each other I asked for my sub to be toasted they refused to toast it the red head lady was really rude and she was cussing out the other employee I will never go to this subway again. Also the red head drenched the sub in mustard out of anger very bad experience and will not ever return

Do not use this subway for curbside pickup. I placed an order thru app. waited in lot for twenty minutes past pickup time then went inside when app said my order was complete. clerk said she had no orders and didnt know how to credit my money. I had to leave to pick up kids so no time left to wait. That was 26 Sept and I still have not received refund.

Hard working friendly service evan when they’re backed up working alone.friendly evan though they have rude sloppy customers.its a small store so its rude for people to bring in carts to take up more space or people that thinks it’s ok to take up space when not ordering. I call this rude. I have seen people bring in food from other food places and ask for free cups forks sauces ect.i thonk i might try that at McDonald’s.basically most the time there is only one person working so i feel they do an amazing job.and to the girl earlier saying they smoke in the back didn’t you get fired? These girls do alot of work. More than a waitress does but most don’t evan think about throwing them a quarter .

I’ll never go there again. One employee wasn’t even wearing a mask, the other two didn’t have their noses covered. My online order was 35 minutes late. The guy without a mask rang me up and walked away, no thank you or sorry for your wait. Just an unsanitary, inefficient store with rude employees.

The lady that was there working, making food was not wearing her mask; it was down by her chin, not even covering her mouth or nose.. Discusting when you’re making someone’s food during COVID! We’ve been dealing with this pandemic since March its not new, pretty simple to wear your mask CORRECTLY.

Everytime i come here they are missing ingredients. Today they had no spinach, no swiss cheese, no pepper. They dont carry the veggie patty. I know its a small branch in walmart, but why is there no food at subway?
Also the guy with a goatee came from the back with no subway uniform, just a hoodie, passed up the chance to wash his hands and started making my sandwich.

Its nothing against the actual subway the food and service is fine. But it’s not a big dining room and the Walmart employees use it as a break room and you have to hear about them talking about customers and horsing around and how their boss sucks and who’s sleeping with you.. I don’t want to hear that while I’m sitting there.

I’ve been to this subway mulipte times and only had ONE good experience, my first bad experience was with a lady named Ruth I believe, she had a very unprofessional appearance (such as short see through white shorts and a ripped up subway shirt with nothing holding her hair back) this woman also failed to wash her hands before reentering the store and making my sub. (I had to sit there for 25 minutes before someone was able to serve me, though the sign said “be back in 5 minutes”)
The next experience I had there was earlier in the day I’d say about noon, and it was a more heavy set white woman, she also failed to wash her hands which very much bothered because she had dirt under her nails.
I had a more recent experience here ( within the last week) and it was a heavy set black woman I believe her name started with a T, but she was very un polite and didn’t seem very willing to take my order , she had slammed the paper and the bread down and started making my sub with a very rude manor and me being an all the time customer I decided to leave and go to a different subway
I’ve had maybe one good experience here and that was with a younger white girl with short curly hair I’m not sure of her name but she was very polite, greeted me the way a customer should be and even made sure I had napkins and dressing on the side I wish I could give her recognition but I cannot remember her name at this time.

Closes earlier then posted. If you want a sandwich, better be there before 6:30. walked in at 7 and was told they already cleaned up and put everything away.
