It’s a food store with multiple food products/businesses in it. What they advertise and what you get are completely different. Place seems more focused on the barbecue. What I ordered burger wise is not what I got and they had a hard time trying to figure out how to bill for what was on the picture.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered off the “Big Deal Burger” menu. Frozen patties, not seasoned, Burger over cooked, took way too long to receive the order (over 30 min), burger was not dressed according to the description, were told onion rings were the same as sweet grilled onions. Ice tea was at least a day old. Staff were friendly and we got a refund.

Weren’t sure it was the right place as it said Dickeys. Started not to ho in because have had probs with Dickeys in past, but sign said Big Deal Burger, so. Place empty. No burger menu at all. Girl at the counter told us no burger menu available that we cud order online or just tell her what we wanted and she wud fix it. I ordered rib plate with bbq beans/bacon, baked potatoe cassarole/bacon. Husband ordered bid deal burger I think (2 patties with cheese)no veggies + fries. My food came first barely warm. Potatoe cass not warm enough to melt a few shreds of cheese on top n sorta dry n no bacon. Bbq beans were edible but no bacon. Ribs were ample size but definitely not fresh with a taste like they’d ben reheated or day old. They weren’t warm either. I normally don’t add bbq sauce to my bbq, I did this time out of nececessity. Husbands hamburger bun was greasy looking had to keep wiping his hands. Meat super dark brown . He said it was way over cooked dry n tough to eat, cardboardish. Fries were ample. My husband is a HB addict so we try different places to have a variety other than fast food.Won’t be going back. If I had read reviews we wudnt have gone there to begin with. Very weird a burger place with no burger menu, can’t read the 1 online?? Nope.

I’m a Texan born and raised and there’s one thing every born and raised Texan can agree on and that’s not screwing up Meat.
I don’t even know where to begin with how disappointed and dissatisfied I was with my order. I had ordered a double cheese burger with lettuce and tomato, ketchup and mustard, it was a combo meal and I picked Mac and cheese. I did not recieve my Mac and cheese firstly, the burgers looked and tasted like they were boiled.. and no seasoning it just wasn’t right. The lettuce and tomato tasted awful, sour almost.
The brisket fries were almost all fat trimmings and it was such a small amount I can’t believe it was $8 something. Or the burger costing $13+ for it to look like it got slapped together and boiled.
I’ve never left such a bad review before but this place has no Business making burgers. They certainly aren’t getting my business back either.

We just door dashed from here and honestly these were the worst burgers we have ever had. EVER. They were all missing toppings, and they were rubbery and bland, almost like they had been boiled. We won’t be eating here again. I normally like to include a positive note when I have a negative review but there are literally no redeeming factors in this case. Awful.

This isn’t a real restaurant. They are faking 3 restaurants in one building. Dickey’s BBQ, Big Deal Burger and Wing Boss. You will get extremely subpar food. I ordered wings for my family and we threw them away after 1 bite.

Order through door dash… was told 20 minutes. 30 minutes after ordering, was told they were out of fries. I said still wanted burgers and whole order was cancelled at 40 minutes.
