So lovely the entire staff. So very friendly and really made my Valentine’s dinner special. My husband loves the hand wrapped sushi and I love everything I got as well. The Thai tea is so tasty and sweet. And for a special occasion the perfect treat.

Hands-down one of the best Thai spots I’ve ever been to!
From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. The place smelled incredible — rich spices, coconut, and fresh herbs floating through the air. But let me tell you… the food? Next level.
I ordered the Panang Curry and I swear it was life-changing. The flavor was deep and perfectly balanced — creamy coconut milk with just the right amount of heat, melt-in-your-mouth meat (I got chicken), and fresh veggies that still had that perfect bite. It was the kind of dish you find yourself scraping the bowl for, wishing you had more rice just to soak it all up.
And then came the Mango Sticky Rice… oh my god. Perfection. Sweet, fragrant, and comforting. The mango was perfectly ripe — not too firm, not mushy — and the sticky rice was warm, coconut-y, and slightly salty in the best way. It’s the kind of dessert that makes you close your eyes while you eat it.
Also — major shoutout to our waitress. She was an absolute gem: friendly, attentive without hovering, gave great recommendations, and you could tell she genuinely cared that we had a great experience. She even brought our dessert with a little flower on the side, which was such a thoughtful touch.
If you’re looking for bold, authentic Thai flavors and top-tier service, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back and try everything else on the menu!

We have just moved to the area & love Thai food, so we stopped by Krungthai for Valentine’s Day as we didn’t make reservations anywhere else. The service was top notch, all of the waitresses were kind and warm. The food came out quickly and HOT. The pad siew was flavorful and we enjoyed the appetizers as well. The median entree price is around $15, which we feel is normal for dinner prices with inflation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will be making this our regular Thai spot!

If you want authentic Thai, this is your restaurant. I ordered the Spicy Basil Chicken, 5 stars, just enough heat for me. The entire plate of vegetables were fresh, as was the chicken. It’s the best I had from my Thai friends who invited to this restaurant. Service was perfect and enjoyed speaking to the chef.

Always a pleasant experience. We enjoy both of their locations, but this one has become our favorite due to the lovely staff. They are extremely kid-friendly and they serve the best Thai food around!
Everything on their menu has proven to be delicious, but some of my favorites include: modified Mussaman curry, Pad Thai with fried tofu, Yellow Noodle Kee Mao, fresh rolls with peanut sauce, spicy white tuna roll, Thai iced tea, and the coconut black rice dessert

As a former Nampan, I was so excited to see a second Krung Thai open closer to me. The original was a favorite with its tasty Pad Thai, generous serving sizes, and fast service. The second location didn’t disappoint! I ordered takeout, and my order was ready and waiting even though I was a few minutes early. The serving sizes were very generous and the Pad Thai was the same recipe I remember. Will be ordering again.

Wonderful and friendly service, answered my questions as a new restaurant patron. Low volume ambiance and extremely clean.
The noodles were perfectly saucy, not drowned at the bottom of the bowl. The spicy basil and spicy noodle were great! Full heat and chicken was cooked to the dish.
Fast and friendly, will definitely add this to my regular dining out spot.

I walked in and was ignored. I grabbed a menu for a to go order. After a few minutes I asked the young man if I could order. He pointed to a women and I said ok, he never spoke to me or greeted me. She never came over. A couple came in to pick up their order and they were waited on. Another woman came out looked at my shoes said nothing to me. The other woman then went into the dining room to attend to the 2 tables. This restaurant was not busy. After 15 minutes of being ignored, I left. Do not waste your time like I did.

This is my new favorite Thai restaurant in Boise. Another location for Krung Thai in Nampa, the food is the same — delicious. We had Mussamun curry with chicken and Thai Spicy Basil with chicken. The Mussamun curry was great, not too sweet and not too hot, with a rich curry sauce. The Thai Spicy Basil was quite spicy at medium, but the flavors came through the heat. I look forward to trying some of my other favorites from the Nampa location. Recommended.
