I order from this place at least once or twice a week. I am aware that there prices on line are not there prices in store… at all. Way higher but the food is good (only thing i don’t care for are there wings) so i don’t mind paying. My problem arose tonight when i had a delivery order and paid cash. The NEW GUY (bc i know the other two guys at the establishment and the delivery men) Anyway, NEW GUY quoted me $19.00 even for my shrimp scampi, grilled chicken and spinach then gets to my house and up charges me because HE neglected to ring in the chicken. How did he know i had the extra funds? How did he know i didn’t go to the ATM before he came and get the $20 (which is what i did) i was going to let him keep the food and just say forget but not only did i pay the extra i also tipped him STILL! This interaction was extremely unprofessional and i should have made him keep it or called to speak with the owner. You don’t know a persons pockets and to tell me another price at my door with my food in hand is crazy! I think my business with them is done and that’s sad bc they literally know my face.

I have driven past this little pizza shop several times over the last few years decided to stop and grab a dinner for my family. We ordered a cheese pizza and a meat calzone. The pizza could have used a little more sauce but was pretty good. The calzone was awesome.

Bella Napoli X-press is an interesting place. Located in the midst of what amounts to an industrial park, it technically has a Clemmons address but is way on down the road from there. It is family owned and operated—I got to witness what I assume was the son rolling his eyes at an instruction his father gave him. It is strictly carryout or delivery and seemed pretty busy on a Saturday night. The pizza had a good taste overall. The toppings are generous and taste good, and they actually put garlic on it if you order it. The drawbacks I noticed were a crust that was a little too salty, an uninspired sauce, and my pizza was not cooked long enough (unmelted cheese). I guess for my pizza tonight they put a little TOO much emphasis on X-press…

Food is hit or miss. Sometimes they have the best fries I’ve ever had and the next time the fries taste like they have been sitting around all day and can not be eaten. I tried 2 times in a row to order their “house special” which is eggplant parmigiana and both times I was given baked spaghetti. So either they don’t serve eggplant parmigiana or don’t know what it is. Last time I ordered, which was last night, I arrived when the Slice app said the order was ready. I then had to wait another 20 minutes so I don’t think they actually started my order till I got there. It’s a shame since it’s really close to my house and some of the food is ok when cooked properly. But I have given this place all the chances I care to. You can try them for yourselves and make up your own mind but I won’t be doing business there anymore. The other thing that is a problem is to order online, even for a pickup, you have to order a minimum $20 and then they add the “Support Local Contribution” charge which I personally think is a load of BS and they would probably make more off of tips if the service and food is good. But because of that charge, I won’t tip. Especially when my order is wrong most of the time.

Watch out these people will sign your receipt and add how ever much tip they want and when you pay cash they don’t have any kind of change last I checked signing another person’s name to take more money off there card was against the law p.s plenty more posted online going to love how this spreads ha ha ha

We only get delivery from here and we always get the same thing, cheese calzone and stromboli, both large – the size is much larger than you can get at the Italian place in Midway, they are always perfectly prepared and arrive hot with plenty of marinara sauce. We did order stromboli from a different restaurant a couple of months ago and were disappointed because we are accustomed to the quality and size we get at Bella Napoli. We’re waiting on our next order right now. Never eaten inside, so cannot comment on it – but we appreciate that they deliver.

It’s pizza. Nothing special, unfortunately. Nothing (we got pizza, knots and mozzarella sticks) had much flavor other than salty. However, the pizza dough was tasty.

Typically the best pizza in my area, Tonight we had a pizza delivered that tasted very off. A very strong odd taste. I am not the type of person that ever complains about food, and I certainly did not want a refund. But the taste was so odd that I felt obligated to call and tell them. The lady on the phone made it very awkward, did not offer to let me speak to a manager or anything. Customer service is incredibly important and this is a great example as to why. Now I have no idea if they’ve changed their recipe or if it was just a one off. Either way, they lost a customer.

My boyfriend and I rolled up to this little building late the other night not expecting to get the best pizza but we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I would definitely go back and suggest this place as a place that has great pizza.
